Oh my god, if the Wicked Witch doesn't die in water in this game, I will cry. I love the face, it looks just right out of the movie. Really nice.

It works perfectly for the sake of the set, but as far as playability, you can't make Ant-Man use his one power: being small. Ant-Man is just a guy whenever you put him next to the Captain America and Iron Man figs. -

Personally, I thought it was the second worst thing DC's ever put on the small screen (because hopefully nothing will ever beat out the absolute pure pile of crap that was Birds of Prey). There's been quite a lot of folks out there who agree with me, too, and very loudly. Even most of the positive reactions have been "Ehhhhhhhh it's ok" at best. Unless this show pulls it's crap together in a thousand different corners, I don't see it lasting much longer than a season at best. As vicious as the fanboys are, the critics are going to tear this show apart in 6 months. -

I'd love to at least see some good pictures of the figures from the Carnage set! I don't know why they didn't put at least an Ant-Man microfigure in that set to begin with. It would be really nice if they would toss one in now that they have the capability. Thanos is probably going to wait until Infinity War, unless he gets a bigger role in Guardians 2 or Avengers Assemble. I'm mostly just curious to see how they handle him. Will the Infinity Gauntlet be a glove or a hand? Will you be able to remove the Infinity Stones? What piece would they even use for the Infinity Stones that wouldn't make it look too bulky? Will he still be all dumb and hunched over like Hulk, Grodd, and Darkseid? Only time and leaked photos will tell. Woah, that price difference! What the hell? Can somebody explain this? How just 4 new minifigure prints and absolutely zero new parts is equivalent to over 368 pieces? The build's certainly not that impressive, either, which is probably the first time a set has really disappointed me in terms of overall design. (I've probably mentioned this before, but does this remind anyone else of that scene in Spectacular Spider-Man where Eddie tracked Peter to find where he hid the Venom symbiote? I think that might be my biggest draw to this set at this point lol) -

Ouch, yeah, that Juniors set kills it. It feels like the Juniors sets stay on shelves longer, too, so it seems less likely to drop in price any time soon. Well, there's no way I'm not getting that Green Goblin, so I guess Sandman and Iron Spider are gonna have to wait. -

The Supergirl pilot leaked, and let's just say that you might wanna pick up that Brainiac set soon. We might have Green Lantern situation on our hands with this mess. -
Anybody have any ideas for Chemo? I feel like he might need to be brick built, though.

Ah! Thank you! Oh man, a Fun Pack for Rick Moranis's character in Ghostbusters would be a dream!

I've never really liked the S-shield being printed on the back of the cape like that. I don't know why, just personal preference I suppose. I'd still pick up the figure, though, especially for that. Like AzBat, I'd still buy it for the sake of the variation, despite not being crazy about the design itself. (Oh, who am I kidding? AzBat is the best kind of awful! I'd HAVE to get that!) -

I wonder how long that'll take to patch up? This Ant-Man set has me more excited than the Miles Morales one (which is really saying something) so I want to get my hands on it as soon as possible. The $20 price point seems perfectly reasonable to me, if not a little too cheap. How much is the Sandman/Rhino set supposed to be? Because this wave seems like it might be the most wallet friendly one I've seen yet, as far as must-haves go. I'm assuming the Ultimate Spider-Man vs. Carnage set is $15, right? (Part of me wonders if any of that quality control time might be taken to give Hank a new head design, although that's pretty unlikely. I can dream, though..) -

Yeah, that's a bit too much. We can definitely continue brainstorming over here if you'd like. -
Electrolyzer's helmet uses a bit too much solid blue for Zzzax, whose most often orange or yellow. Maybe if the helmet was a trans blue you could combine influences and get a good mix of traditional yellow and the blue from Avengers Assemble and some other animated series. The head would work perfectly well, though.
-
Do we have pictures of that? Because I don't think I've seen that. *cough*Amiibo!*coughcough* Yeah, Lego's facing a pretty low bar for that. I'm sure we'll see some retailer exclusives, but I'm sure Lego will be fair about it and not make it impossible to find the ones you want. I'm telling you, man, the Supermobile would've been great! Or maybe the Justice Jogger!

I'd use some of that big, bulky space marine armor in a dark gray, and probably something like a 1x1 brick or cylinder for the head. Try and incorporate that blue light in there somehow, probably.

Dastan's head would work really well, but Hoskins looks a little featureless, round. Pym's gonna need a bigger beard and wrinkles. -

Coulda swore... :( That face is just so perfect for Superman that I'd pay the whole 15 for it, even if it weren't for the in-game content. Plus, useful minifig parts are a nice buffer for that price. -

Are you sure that head's not new? -
The problem with them is the helmets. Their aren't any helmets that look enough like that to make it work. That is, unless you want to go with the designs from the comics.

I meant the other picture on the box, the one of the actual figures and builds. It's probably the same, though. Aquaman's face is definitely different. As for prices, I'm sure they're the same as the other Team Packs and Fun Packs. -

Do we have any confirmation of Ghostbusters being in there? I know people have been bringing it up a lot, but is it just assumption?

Superman and Aquaman's new heads are worth the money for sure. I'm even tempted to get Bane for that venom pack (although I'd hope we have a bigfig Bane on the way ) Joker and Harley are sorta disappointing, using the same-old-same-old parts, although that might be another face for Harley on the box? The minibuilds are nice, albeit a little forced. Why does Superman need a hovercraft? Why not just do his little baby shuttle? Or better yet, the Supermobile from the Kenner Super Powers toyline that "Shields Superman from Kryptonite!", or perhaps this other Supermobile with built in fists? My favorite option: the Justice Jogger, because that exists. Don't even get me started on Aquaman's submarine. (That's like Aquaman's most important power!!) -

As soon as those sets drop, I'd say the Purist Custom community is going to be on the hunt for replacement heads for Scott and Hank. I would imagine that Wasp would either show up late in the movie, be set up lightly (sort of like War Machine in Iron Man) before the credits role, or just simply debut in Civil War. It's almost surreal, having all of the classic Avengers this close to together after all this time. I've been watching Avengers: EMH lately, and I think the only heroes they've introduced that aren't about to be part of the MCU are Doc Samson, Adam Warlock, and Quasar (of course, other than the X-Men and Fantastic Four characters that Marvel doesn't have the rights to). -

Am I the only one whose both disappointed and hopeful because of the fact that the Ant-Man helmet has an exposed mouth where the movie's doesn't?
