    Exactly, that is why i did not buy the GBHQ ! But on the other hand, i understand TLG to produce sets for all kinds of markets.. !

    For a lot of grown up men, a car is also a toy.. But point is that there is Lego available for everyone, but for some sets you have to make choices.. i can't give my son a 100 euro + set either... or he should save money for it and buy it next birthday!

    We'll that's life... i was also disappointed that the brandnew Mercedes AMG was over 100.000 euro's...now i cannot afford one... There are a lot things in life that cannot be reached, so you have to deal with that... i would love to have e bigger house with neighbours about 2000 meter at least, away from me.. a nice car.. a bigger flat screen.. whatever.. I can afford modulars, but by doing so, i drive a 6-7 year old car or my house is just a simple one..... it is just life....for the reason you mentioned, i decided not to buy Ghost Busters HQ... i'd rather buy a new modular next january! Choices!

    The 10th anniversary is for 10 years of modular buildings, as 'anni' in anniverseray is related to annual, so we celebrate something 'annual'-like... and 10-years is a certain milestone ofcourse!

    On the other hand, the longer we wait before TLG shows us the new Assembly Square, the shorter is the period to purchase one, after we know what it looks like...

    That is really a Palace Cinema, Redtrooper.. I hope you manage in making a detailed interior as well! When you look at both Grand Emporium and Palace Cinema, i think that the GE is too long. Maybe you can splice the main, rather repetitive building and make it even more attractive!! The Palace Cinema however, is looking really good!!

    Strange, in this 'final' stadium no post in this topic for almost 24 hours... Everything that should have been said, has been said, i guess.. so the time has come to reveal news about the new modular or should we call it 'Modular Assembly Square Anniversary Set 2017'............

    I'd better go write books with imaginary modular lego towns..... Maybe we get to know more today, as Brickcon is this weekend... they released the Parisian Restaurant in 2014 so there might be a chance....

    That is an excellent remark Ondra... i forgot about that.... the fact that Brickset has it listed, is pretty convincing that the whole thing isn't fake!

    There is also a chance that the screenshot from 'some community' is fake. If i would take a few hours of time, i would also be able to come up with a screen like that which would tell us that there is a new modular every single month in 2017, just to celebrate... so, i'll keep that in mind.. . But i ofcourse hope that it is a real message!! For those who missed out on the shot, here it is one more time! Let's hope for the best!!
