They really do.. normally i throw away my yellowed pieces, but for a build like this, it is perfect!!!

This is really amazing! Even the colored grey pieces add extra depth and character to the building... nice!!!

Only start with it when you have lots of spare cash... but when you buy yourself a new house soon, you'd better save the money for that... After you've settled, you could consider again stepping into modulars... i wouldn't do it now, if i were you!

Maybe we get a 'Fun at the XXX' set each year... Fun at the trainstation.. Fun at a Funeral and so on!

Every single picture of this set is simply adorable! I can't keep my eyes of it, when i'm in the livingroom and the set is standing in front of me on the table!

Yes, i think i will separate the cafe/music-shop/balletroom...for the rest i'm still not sure.. they will stay connected and having those turrets on both sides of the right building looks pretty good to me too!

My second set is arriving today... on another adress.. and my first set is almost finished.. Still not exactly sure what to MOD, but there are some ideas.... I'll take it easy, so no results for this week.. i enjoy building a lot..so i'll take my time! Hope to show you a nice MOD this month though!! My first set was no problem... only the second one, ordered with my second account, was cancelled for some reason... A second set arrives, via another channel today though, i saw yesterday in a link from the postal service!! i love this build.... i'll be sad when i'm finished with it...!!!

You've got a point there yes... i think it would be better to notify them about it and add that they shouldn't sent a replacement....I'll notify them later, as i have some issues currently about the delivery of a 10255 set....

And ofcourse, after saying all this.. i ended up yesterday with a missing piece...a white 1x4 arched brick....and i have a transparent glass 1 x 3 x 4 as a left over piece... weird... So.... my first experience with a missing part now... ! I had a spare one, so i won't complain...it is okay for me!

I'm always panicing slightly when i'm missing a part....but after a few seconds of really good searching... i always find it... I also left a piece in a bag a few times...so after checking the bags it was again, always there..So after having build hundreds of new sets....i'm almost convinced it is my own fault when i'm missing something...... So far i never had a missing piece....only a faulty piece...a tan 1x6 that was missing a corner because there hasn't been put enough molten ABS in the mould.....that was strange.. I've built Assembly Square for 2/3 now...and no pieces missing...!!

I would go for your second option, as that is more attractrive to see and offers more own input!

The 'Fun in the Park' set is a really nice addition to any town... the minifigs are different and realistic and give some extra color and variation!! I bought two sets and switched heads and legs....!!

Thanx Henk... in the end our health is way more important, so maybe we should not worry too much about getting our Assembly Square a bit later than we are used to..... Have a healthy and nice, lego-ish 2017!

Oh Henk, your english is so bad....just kidding, it is erg goed (very good) and i exactly know what you mean! So we Dutch just hope for the sets to appear on the first of january....well, lets do so then.. I can imagine people are asking for new sets....so in the future we might only be able to see sets on the site that can be purchased immediately.....! I guess within a week i will be building the Asssembly Square!!
