Hey Chilis, thanks for your kind words...i'm almost blushing! There was another remark about the laundromat, and i was able to bricklink one printed stud n soda window....very happy with that! Also the awning will be added! For such a small laundromat are two doors way too much...i agree on that for sure.... All credits to Jimmy, i'm only changing it a bit here and there....that's all... Roger, thanks...i admire your MOCs a lot....that is way more creative then what i am doing! Changing the square pillar to a round one was pretty obvious....i could try to change the other two square ones as well....see how that turnes out.... Or add a vertical sign from the CityBank a few years ago.... It would look like the 'POOL' -sign from the Detectives Office modular from last year.....

Thanks for your compliments! The reason why they did not use round bricks for the pillars is that round bricks do not fit very well to the modular that is put beside it.. So they started with square bricks where the BrickBank is attached to another modular.. then they also did the same with the side that fits to the laundromat-part. And to complete it..they had to do the same with the corner of the Bank... But i think that the round bricks look way better.. You've got eye for detail.. no-one else noticed so far... (Here you can see the round pillar on the edge!) I even thought of putting ''BrickBank' above the entrance... it might even be looking not that bad... The white part could also be an old, exclusive shopping centre... especially with those skylights!!

Haha...mr XL... You're right about the awnings and the door position of the Laundromat. I think i need another printed window and extra pieces for the awning! The mix of doors and printed windows was already bothering me...The three windows on each side gives the building some extra grandeur... and to be honest, i really like it, but that is just personal taste! Yes i did use extra parts.. i think plates especially, but not very special parts.. (somehow i cannot quote (at work) and i can't post pictures as well.... (also at work...at home it does function...)

Hallo Kringles (Always makes me think of Pringles.. ) So you changed the arches back to the Original ones...can you post a picture of your last version? Want to see it!! I'll post a picture of the space between the 2 vaults later today!!

Look at my mod, a few posts earlier..you can see i left the laundromat where it was... it did make it 8 studs wider also!

you've been doing some great modding! I see you changed almost all arches, why is that? Or is it to match the arches of the large sidewindow better? These arches give the whole building a bit more of an asian look, or like 1001 nights.... That large window would also look good above the main entrance... I'm also curious of how your building would look like with lights inside.. it will look very good as there are a lot of windows to give you a look inside! I'm still working on my XL version as well!

What i see now is that you areusing the roadplates in a clever way.. ofcourse we all use straight ones the most.. and using those T-junctions as a straight roadplate with a parkinglot is a nice idea!!

And look how you did the base of this tree.....i'm stunned!

WOW....this is so great.....the way you captured the feeling of a treehouse is magnificent! The pictures are also taken in such a perfect way.....it is perfect! Ladder....roof....the tree itself.....

It looks good as far is i can see..the picture is a bit dark. The end of the 'non door side' might be better looking in another way, but i have no idea yet of how you could do that! But it is for sure that this set looks better when it is bigger!

Hey Redtrooper, i also built one Original set, although i'm already mirror-building it....i hope i can fit in two windows on each side of the main entrance.. the side will be the same as it is now, because that part is hardly visible in my layout.. I'm looking forward to all those different XL-versions, made of two sets.. as far is i read, there are already a handfull of different versions... great!!

my two sets are on their way and i'll make a 56 studs wide version of it...12 studs or two extra windows on each side....
