SilentMode's trading/selling list
SilentMode replied to SilentMode's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Added to my BrickLink store is a bunch of Series 3 minifigures. There's no point in updating the official minifigure trading thread, because nobody would see my post! Basically I have at least one of every S3 figure, except for Sumo Wrestlers, Baseball Players and of course Gorilla Suit Guys. Although you can buy them off me I would prefer to trade: I'm after just four more Gorilla figures, and as many of as possible. -
As well as not knowing who bought the 44 Series 3 minifigures at Bluewater, I came across these items at the PAB wall (apologies for the tint): Just a few sets were discounted - there's lots of games and World Racers sets left - and there were three Winter Toy Shops left, as well as plenty of the newer sets. Build-a-fig had brown medieval skirts and dark blue shirt torsos, but nothing else out of the ordinary.
-
There are no longer any at Bluewater either, I have no idea which cheeky AFOL went and bought them all.
-
There were literally a handful of Series 4 figures left at Oxford Circus, and no Series 3 at all. Just in case anyone's heading in that direction.

HAIL YEAH! -
Any time I see "need" being used, my BSD perks up.

If it wasn't for the situation I would have entered, but hindsight is a bit useless right now. I have to give it up (1 point each) for: 16) Ice Hockey Player Entry (Build by otterlilly) 21) Mad Scientist Entry (Build by Darkblane) 23) Punk Rocker Entry (Build by erined5) -

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 5 discussion
SilentMode replied to eiker86's topic in Special LEGO Themes
If there's one thing I hate it's unnecessary hype. But assuming that list was all from the same box, it would be interesting to see what the other 11 are. I don't think for they would have only two of more than one figure in a box. -
Welcome to the show!

Welcome to the show, fellow City fan!

Excellent work on the minifigure display stands! If I had the space and perhaps a plastic case to put over it, I'd build a few of these myself. You could use or and inside a as a substitute.

Awesome that someone's made entries for the UK stores. I'll be looking to keep things updated for the Westfield store.

Step 14. It ain't funny, it's freakin' scary.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 5 discussion

Those figures are looking a lot hotter as actual photos. The cave girl, lizard suit guy and even the lumberjack are must-haves. It's still, however, all about the graduate. -
I have both, what are you looking to trade for? I don't have any must-haves (apart from more gorillas).
-
I would definitely be up for it, and hopefully I can afford it this time. Would be nice to travel outside of a crate.

Nice work with the hangar! Wonder what will go on it? -
I also heard about this at AFOLcon, and on closer inspection it looks like a good opportunity to obtain some useful parts, and maybe get down some techniques. The star of these products will easily be the minifigures, as basic as they look. I had a peek at the code; it uses JPEG "sprites" (all the frames of an animation in a single image file), which is a cool technique.

I'm back, and open to trading once again (although sales are very welcome). Perhaps someone has a use for these: -
Check this out - this was at the Discovery Centre in Manchester.
