  1. Some pics of the next section of my Lego city. This section is still a WIP but 90% there. The construction site in the first picture is the location of a new school. Apologies in advance about photo's poor lighting.
  2. Good review. Seems this is one of the better Friends sets. As usual some nice parts and useful colours.
  3. Really great MOC. Thanks for the close-up photos of the techniques used. Kudos
  4. Windows struck me as being particularly well done. Never saw that part in transparent colours. Must be expensive in such quantities?
  5. Another nice little Aussie style retail unit. Have you done a hair salon yet?
  6. Very nice end result. Would be interesting to see a video of your work in progress.
  7. Thanks for the suggestion; Will check out alternative cogs before deciding which suits best. Tank based on a hybrids of a number of German and Soviet WWII models.
  8. I'll take out 2 of the large gears so and see how it looks. I went more for look - not sure if it will look a bit bare with less cogs. I can't make the tank longer as it will look out-of-scale when compared to small 4-wide cars. A minifig can fit inside the main body (not the turret) but must be lying down (would not win any design for comfort)..
  9. Here is a small MOC tank I've recently created. Small enough as it is intended to 'fit in' with my 1980s style 4-wide civilian vehicles. Currently in the process of tweaking and rolling a few off the production line. Hope you like it.
  10. Starting to build up my collection now, here are some pics of the minifigs together should anyone want to see them.
  11. Well it seems the Romans were more formidable in this meet-up.
  12. Great build. Good team work. I think a temporary display would suffice!
  13. Love the wipers! Nice creation.
  14. Built version looks really good. Nice job with this moc!
  15. Layout Hi, This is a section of my town comprising 5 48x48 grey baseplates which I brought along to a recent exhibit in Dublin. The part of the town is called Myplan and is a working class area with some high density housing. The emergency services have alot of personnel and not much to worry about. More pics
  16. The test tubes are great, certainly will look out for these!
  17. Very good MOC, lots of intricate detail and really like the shack roof! Wonder what it looks like underneath. Only thing I would change would be removal of some of the flowers, especially the pink ones!
  18. You have captured a dearlership very well with this MOC. Good job on the signage. I like your 4-wide cars too, particularly the one on the right in the last pic!
  19. Very good LDD creation, especially considering the limited parts available using the app! Did you get a price for the parts?
  20. Gotta love this Blacktron creation! Would have been a super set )
  21. Great scenes and funny storyline :) Those buildings in the background are really good MOCs. Good job!
  22. You have created a lovely effect with those windows. Nice MOC!
  23. First thing that strikes me about this MOC is the wide array and superb colours chosen. Lovely details too makes this one of the best MOCs I've seen in quite a while! Good job.
  24. Interesting little house Frogstudio. It sure does have a very modernistic feeling.
