I did register the barracks, but it was registered in the February FB topic in February. I didn't register my intro as a FB since it was just three figs and plate. I was just making sure, that just seemed weird in my mind.

I'm trying to figure out how much money I have. I got 25 DB from posting my fig, 10 DB from posting a FB, but I have 45 DB in the January listing. According to my bank statement, I have 45 DB. Did my Barracks or Challenge entry count as the additional 10 DB for January? How much money can I spend now? My income was 45 DB, so I assume I have 36 DB to spend after taxes. Thanks, Phred

[OL - FB3] The 'Revenant'

I can't approve because we're the same color, but Boy is that one nice looking vessel. I approve. -
Only staff can delete topics, and we typically don't especially if someone else has commented in the topic. Feel free to revise your first post to include the content from the third post. One MOC should have one topic in all of EB. I've merged 2 of your 3 topics, and removed the other. Please stop making multiple topics for the same MOC in different subforums. From your other topic: Please don't double post after a few hours and there isn't a reply yet. Just edit your previous post.

Buying Pirate LEGO - where to buy, advice, tips and questions
Capn Frank replied to Mr. Smee's topic in LEGO Pirates
I didn't realize DJ was so sought after. I've not used him in anything and only used his peg leg. For figs, I would choose QAR. I like the figs much better. Blackbeard looks awesome.- 502 replies

[OL - FB2] Brutus the Blacksmith of Breshaun
Capn Frank replied to Capn Frank's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Thank you all for the complements and criticisms. I will post more pictures after the smug on my lens is gone where I can easily move back the chimney, shine a colored light onto the fire pit and crop out the top of the chimney so you can't see it's smokeless. Lots of little plates -- regular, round, wedged -- of varying natural colors is all I do. My inspiration for the type of road that comes from Tedbeard's Port Brick Standard. We're going for mass production here. It's not just the Oleon military that needs to defend itself against Corrington, but all the Oleon Citizenry. I only looked at colonial blacksmiths from a Google image search and Smithing in Skyrim. I would love to know what sites you have used for reference and/or what your experiences are. -
*Nods subtly to replace 'verbal' greeting*
Capn Frank replied to DragonTime64's topic in Hello! My name is...
It does not matter how safe this site makes kids feel. This site is intended for adults, not kids. Adult guidelines state that those who post that they're under-aged are subject to immediate ban. Any known kid that can't be mature or breaks Site Guidelines is banned, period. I don't mean to sound heavy-handed, but everything I've said is true, and it seams that this topic is encouraging people to join who are under-aged. -
I'm certain you can't post pictures from dropbox using BBCode. Why don't you use you're Picasaweb affiliated with your Google account? If the images are 800x600 or smaller, you can upload an unlimited amount of photos, which meets the Site Guidlines for posting images.
-
The images you posted from Brickshelf were way over-sized. Images rarely need to be more than 800X600. See the Site Guidelines. I removed your Brickshelf images and replaced them with your Flickr images at a medium size.

[OL - FB2] Brutus the Blacksmith of Breshaun
Capn Frank posted a topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Brutus the blacksmith and his young apprentice Jim handle the smithing needs of Breshaun. Their work isn't the highest quality. However, they do create a significant amount of blades, rounds, horse shoes, or whatever else in a short order. Their blades are commonly used by militia and basic military units of the Oleon colonies. Here comes a colonist brandishing one of their average blades Original Image Phredit: Additional Photos as requested. -
Great work Kai. Keep it up. from Oleon. You mean banana tree?

I merged your topic with this General MOC-Discussion, WIP-Help, and Teaser Thread. Such specific questions are encouraged to be asked, but do not merit their own thread. So this thread was created.- 315 replies

Merged! 3direction, please review the Site Guidelines again. It seems like you have not read them. Please stop spamming the forum for promoting blingblingbrick. I've removed the link in your post. Feel free to add a link to your signature. We don't need three topics discussing the same thing. I've merged the two topics you bumped and the one you created into this topic. It was pointless for you to bump two old topics if you're going to create another new one discussing the same thing. Thank you.

I didn't realize this set came with catapults. Stupid catapults are the bane of the pirate theme since 4+. I wish there were more shakos. Whoever developed this chess set obviously is not a chess player. Piece heights should be descending from the king to queen, bishop, knight, rook. The rook should be the shortest of this list, but taller than the pawns. The choice for bishops, knights, and rooks don't make any sense. Rooks should have some resemblance of a castle or fort tower. I think the bishop should be a minifig too. The knight could be a office. I would never play chess with this board. It would be too confusing as to what all of the pieces are in the middle of the match. Otherwise you are correct Kai, this would make a great parts set.

Pirate torso(most of them) Evolution through the years
Capn Frank replied to Blackheart Brit's topic in LEGO Pirates
I recommend posting all of the images instead of having links to click on to view your images. You'll likely get more of a response. When sharing your photos, select BBCode. You probably don't need to go wider than 500 for these images. See below. If you're having issues posting images from Flickr, check out out Flickr Tutorial. The Captains torso evolution. The first and third are basically the same. The middle one is so same in design but differs in color. by Brit, on Flickr -
I am rarely on Ideas. It's great to see a MOC like this get all of the needed votes. It's a good looking vessel. I would buy the set.

Pombe, please be easy on the crude humor. I don't want you to cross any lines breaking Site Guideline by posting something offensive to other members in your future posts.

I don't "meme" either. I barely have an idea as to what a meme is. My wife tried, but I'm really don't get it.
