  1. Who's the mayor? I didn't even know this settlement existed. Accounts for settlements are very easy to add. There is another flag on all response sheets that indicates if the account exists in the master list. This also captures misspellings. If an individual, trade company, or settlement is not on the account list, their entry will get flagged once a form response contains the missing account name. The account will get added after I see a form response.
  2. Up-licenses for ships are all manual entry, but ships are easier to calculate than properties with the lack of yield. To unlicense a vessel, I would actually recommend submitting another Ship license response, but add Unlicense to the prefix or at least adding a note about unlicensing. Automatically, you will be charged again for the license. When I do periodically review new Ship License Responses, I'll adjust the fees accordingly with the unlicensed vessel and new vessel. I do have a "check box" that verifies that the entry has been reviewed. Pretty much the same story for Up-licensing, only add a note about up-licensing.
  3. Are you a mayor? If you are, I'll add you to one of the mass PMs for mayors of each faction. Otherwise, feel free to send me PM on the particulars. Yes.
  4. Yes. Property license calculations are fairly streamlined. There are three columns of "flags" where a cell background changes color, including Mines. When I review the Property License Responses, I check for any flags. For Mining Flags, I check for notes in the response to see if it's a mine prospect or a specific type of mine license. I will enter the license fee accordingly. If there aren't any notes, I go to the topic to see what's going on. If I still don't know what's going on, I'll send you a PM. So if you don't hear anything from me for a mine, EVENTUALLY your mining fee will be entered.
  5. Thank you for the complements Garmadon and Captain Dee. It's good see you're back in these waters Captain Dee.
  6. Yes, it should. Corrington only gets half of license fees, not the whole thing. I've already moved your Transaction to the Ship License forms. you should be good to go.
  7. In January, Black Marlin made 136 DB, and the Sulky Harlequin made 96 DB. The total for MRCA was 232. Your account total according to Ska's calculations was 247 DB. April MRCA has been added to the Summary. Do Sulky upgrades need to remain out of the transactions? The license expense is now being shown. I am not sure yet. You could say this summary is the current scorecard.
  8. Correct, yields and upkeep are applied the following month the license has been paid.
  9. Your ship license has been adjusted to 0 DB with the free license. The ship form will be updated to remove all the manual entry ...eventually. It is now. Also, I took care of your Adjudication for your factory.
  10. Do troops on the escorts or merchants actually decrease the chances that a ship will get taken over by a predator?
  11. No, MRCA builds should be 10 DB. Let me know if there is an error. I sent you each a PM with details. Let me know if everything is good to go.
  12. Breshaun's Trading Headquarters | Phred | Medium Commerce (not licensed) 1 Company to be raised up and maintained by Breshaun | 30 men | 80 DB to establish | 18 DB for upkeep. After extensive training in Breshaun, this company has been incorporated into the 3e Batallion of the Régiment Royal des Vaisseaux as IVe Compagnie, and is now stationed aboard La Royale's warships.
  13. With the growth and amount of trade going through Breshaun, it only seemed natural for Breshaun to have its own Trading Headquarters. Francis Durand may be very young for such an important position, but every other old coot of Oleon Royalty considered such a post with disgust. Francis is at least wearing one of the traditional wigs signifying his importance. He also has aspirations become very rich and powerful. The HQ is guarded by two royal marines, who are armed with the best Corrington muskets. Additional Pictures: There is no interior. This build was meant to be part of my town layout, so I didn't need one. Thanks for looking.
  14. Account Summary This topic is to discuss perceived errors in your account. If you'd like to discuss your account in private, you may submit an entry with the Adjudication Form. Providing links related to builds being discussed really speeds up verification of your request. Each citizen, settlement, trade company, and faction have their own account. These sheets are live. If you submit a form, your account will be updated right away. Account Summaries: May-Jun 2023 Mar-Apr 2023 Archives If you would like a reminder as to what you've submitted in the past, feel free to use the following forms. Remember, spelling is important. Free Build Entry List Property License Entry List Ship License Entry List Additional Notes: Some sheets require some manual entry for the entry to be calculated correctly. Mines require manual entry for the application of the prospecting or license fee until the Property Form is updated. Monopolies are not automatically applied when a form is submitted. Monopoly modifiers are entered manually until the Property Form is updated. Ship licenses are nearly always a manual entry, unless you are paying a standard price for your vessel. A special thanks to Captain Genaro and Dr. Spock for helping me set up the Google Sheets and Forms.
  15. Announcement: This thread is both an index of builds so that they may be easier to find for members, and a backup for the Economic Game System. As a back up of Free Builds and MRCA builds, we won't be using this thread for calculating your account. Please remember to submit the form for your Free Build or MRCA build. If you don't remember submitting a form, use the Free Build Entry List to find out what builds you've already submitted. An email will be sent containing a list of all builds submitted. Spelling is important. In previous months, I entered FB entries that were posted in these threads and contained links. With the Free Build Entry List form, it should be easy to find out if you submitted your builds. Breshaun's Trading Headquarters | Phred | Oleon Quest For The Fountain Of Youth - Part IV - The Cartographer | Phred | Oleon Romantica Medium Residence | Phred | Oleon The Turgut, 4A Xebec | Phred | Oleon
  16. That's right. I have another Cartographer. The Cartographer | Phred | Small Education | not licensed (yet)
  17. Please don't bump really old topics like this with a one-lined comment. For more information refer to Revisiting old topics (Bumping), which is linked in the Site Guidelines.
  18. Not to me! I think it's about right: Great work again CGH.
  19. Thank you everyone. I had made another recent Cartography Academy and worked to ensure there was all new "clutter" in this one.
  20. Thank you soccerkid. There was definitely some coordination for similar builds between myself and Kai. I'm really happy how they both turned would. Great work Kai.
  21. Previously: Discouraged and frustrated, Calrelli couldn't bear to the sight of Father Tholeau's journal. With no hope to find the Fountain of Youth, he sent the journal to Arlinsport. "Maybe Corrington, with their superior maps, will be able to find the Fountain" he thought. An Arlinsport courier is dropping off package being sent to the local cartography academy. He is greeted by an excited apprentice. Apprentice: Sir, a package from Eslandola has come in. It's a journal ...Tholeau's journal. Cartographer: Who is ...Tholeau? Apprentice: He's ahhhh, hold on sir. ...Oh, he's an Oleander priest. Cartographer: Why would an Eslandolan send us an Oleander priest's journal? Ah, nevermind. Just store the journal in the library. Apprentice: Yes, sir. (to be continued)
  22. Great buildings Dzoni. I see the Tailor, what are the other buildings used for?
