60bucks for seven figs and molded creature, with 470pcs is expensive? ;)

Nice start, is it possible to share some pictures from inside the keep? I am curious about the main courtyard and curwad walkway inside tha main wall. :) Also are you planning to add an entrance to glittering caves?

Its not Sarumans Hand, its the same printing which is on Gundabad Orc as well. Hairpiece is acurate acording to the movie design. And Tower is ...Lego Towers beside Orthanc are too low in general. You can easily make it higher. :)

Is there any chance to get review for Bofa set? :) Lake Town add on is really nice, but it requires some modding. 1st si necessary to complete Tower roof (I really hate that back side is missing) 2nd the small build on the other side of the Tower needs to be little bit expanded (but maintain main funcion) and maybe it deserves a little green plate as a roof as well. In general, its a really good ad on , So I am decided to buy it twice or three times, for Orcs figs, pieces and Tauriel´s body which I can use for other elves, maybe for a new Legolas version :), Also Bain´s body could be used for villagers (same as Thorin´s form LTC set) I am working on Two other builds from Lake Town (one is fishing hut and other one is Bards House) Those builds will be in a spirit of regular sets, each around 350-500pcs max. so My "setish" Lake Town will be apropriete. Maybe I will decide to build Masters house as well, but I have not so much tie to design it with satisfaction :)

The set Itself is interesting enough, but only in case that there will be third wave.. Or if there was 8 sets like: Wizards Battle (exist) Council of Elrond (exist) Osgiliath ambush (dont exist) Battle at the Black gate (exist but its better to include 1 Gondor Soldier as well) Whitch King Showdown (dont exist) Pirate Ship ambush (exist) Siege of Minas Tirith (dont exist, only Gate, Grond, and side wall s of ground level) Citadel of Minas Tirith or Edoras (dont exist)

But that requires new molds, PSA has no new molds only printings.

Its kinda shame that Gladriel has same hairpiece, thats look kinda cheese when you put here next to Elrond... Anyway I am glad that we have her nonetheless

Maybe all of those Eagles in LOTR / Hobbit sets are Gwahirs... :D It makes sence..Orthanc (Gwahir saves Gandalf...Black Gate Gwahir flyies with gandalf to orodruina, and BOFa.. Gwahir leads army of eagles...

Zhat set ( wKB) has excelent figs so why not buy for 15bucks? :)

Lake Town is really adorable little build. Now when I saw it on those photos I decided to buy it first with Witch King Battle set as soon as I will see it in my eshop here.

Thats my words. Exactly. Armour (helmets and breastplates) are more significant and ergo important than printed body. besides gondor helmet is more then less a Barbute type (in gothic age) the helmets that others suppose to use (existing ones) are Norman type (early period of gothic, roman age) and these are more suitable for Rohan. I agree that current rohan helmet is not 100% accurate for soldiers, but, TLG released only one soldier, so obviously they didnt create mold for regular viking helmet but instead of this, they reuse Eomers/Theodens one.

Thats not true, most significant for gondor are those helmets. You can create really good printing on your own as well you can made some banners for them with tree and use some older torsos with printed preastplate or use those current breastplate piseces in silver metalic colour. Tree is not important at all. And if you input those MOCed soldiers form parts that we had before lotr (like you said) between those current LOTR Characters it would look silly. So wake up, u cannot moc it from parts we have to get true gondor soldier. 1. Helmet 2 . Shield 3printed torso and legs.

I dont want to compare that Cusoo project and your Idea Deathleech. Its not my purpose at all. Just share a model of whole city for others. You are trying to construct just a part of MT and that makes it more realistic as a set. My criticism some creativity, but you are on the good path anyway. After all it's a long process to design a structure which could work as a set.

That remind me one similar question - what sets from LOTR and or Hobbit line is worth to keep assembled? Orthanc and Bag End doesent count because they are marvelous..

Gandalf at the Black Gate has same hairpiece as Saruman. :) and Eagles would be made anyway, in hobbit line :)
