Something I expected to happen much sooner but there are finally trolls with custom armour pieces available on aliexpress. Will see whether those are removable and will fit on official lego cave trolls as well.

Not that I wasn't buying Minas Tirith Day 1 anyway, but Grond GWP just ensured it. :D If we get new Helm's Deep I hope it includes Galadhrim elf helmet mold.

Wow didn't expect that, I like what I see. The one thing that would make it even better is Fountain guard minifig, but well I guess we can't have everything.

Final design:

Wouldn't get my hopes up. So far besides the expensive location based "UCS" sets we got booknook caricature of one of the most iconic scenes of the whole trilogy and a overpriced helmet (oh yeah and two limited GWPs). At least people will be able to get cheaper Sauron minifig.
