For those that can't fint the pictures: 'The Brick Enthusiast' have them posted on their Facebook page. You have to scroll a few posts back to find the main leak.
-
There is a separate picture of the Great Hall minifigs. The Brick Enthusiast on FB has three different posts up, one is just a blury close up of the new wands thought. Got to admit I'm a little underwhelmed. Ollivanders/Madam Malkins look nice, but obviously nothing close to Diagon Alley. Hoping the Durmstrang ship is worth the wait.

Do you have a name/number/link? Can't seem to find it on the euro site, but it sounds neat!

They did a small holiday themed SW set last year, 40658 Millennium Falcon™ Holiday Diorama.
-
Yeah, that's how I use mine! But in all the official pictures it was showed as home decore or a centre piece.

I think it's those gingerbread ornaments this year, or the scary looking nut cracker. The tree wasn't really minifig scale and before that and the sleigh it was the wreath, so think the 'rule' is more a holiday theme Lego store exclusive than something that goes with the winter village, unfortunately.

Without the decore, my first thought is a court house. Imposing-bordering on-scary. -

Got to say it's a nice touch that there seem to be windows behind the banners, making them optional. Honestly, it's grwing on me, not at all what I was expecting but I like it. Reasonably well stocked exhibits too. -

I think I was basically expecting The Smithsonian. -

Alright, first impression. Torn about the colour, don't hate it but don't love it either - yet. Think I would have prefered the windows in white to make it a little less gloomy. Looks way more British and less American than I was expecting, thought it was going to have a more neoclassical vibe. Again not necessarily a bad thing, I really like the roof line and the entrance. The exibit drop downs looks too modern to fit in my city, might skip those. Can't wait to see the interior, really hope there is a gift shop. -

Where?! NM, found it. Don't know if it's the colour but it's giving me Victorian/Haunted House? Not necessarily a bad thing, but... -

As a journalist, man I hope you are right about this. Was so pissed we missed out on it to begin with, Daily Bugal does not fit the modular town astetics at all. -

I'm sure your right on the money about getting sales after the holidays, but the Advent Calendars and Winter Village is usually brought out before Christmas. Calendars need to sell by December 1 and many people start building their villages weeks if not months before Christmas Day, whilst early to mid November would probably be fine for something going under the tree. -

Honestly, I always thoughy the January 1 release was kind of weird because the latest modular is such a perfect Christmas gift for the AFOL in your life, and most of us doesn't have extra spending money after Christmas anyway. From that point of view December 1 would make more sense. -

Corner buildings! -
It's out! Also very cute video on the official Lego Instagram. https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/alpine-lodge-10325

Box art is out! Got to say I'm possitively surprised by the interior, it doesn't look as cramped as I thought it would, and no more than the Elf Clubhouse or Santas Visit. Looks very cozy and in keeping with the alpine exterior. And the small buid is definitely an outhouse! Still can't make out the sign by the door thought. Two, something?
-
Thank you! Well, I guess it's time...

Heard somewhere else that Diagon Alley is ment to retire next year, anyone know if there is any substance to the rumor? It has been out quite a while. Guess I'll have to pull the trigger soon, but it's so expensive...
-
It does look a bit like a crescent moon. In Sweden it's usually a heart thought, not sure about Denmark. And it seems a bit cold to use an outhouse at a ski lodge. But Lego do love their toilets.
-
I mean, it's Lego, it can absolutely be an outhouse, but my first thought was ski storage.
-
Very alpine, I love it! And the sign at the door and what looks like a typical Austrian (and German?) inn keeper leather apron certainly suggest an inn of some kind.
-
Lodge can atleast in some places also be used for a type of inn, like a hunting lodge could be both like a private cabin or a place where you pay for room and food during hunting. Here, northen Europe, the english word is used for rustic but fancy getaway places in the countryside.

A very blury pic is up on insta, I think it's from a german youtube vid. From what little I can make out: I like it! Good shape, good mix of wood and stone, decent sized side build. Very curious about the inside layout. Quite different from the A-frame cabin, for those who where worried. Looks more like something from a picturesque village in the alps to me. Wonder if it's ment to be a private residence or some sort of inn.
