Hi all, This MOC was design in order to have a "dummy" train powered car, so I can use with multiple trains. This way can just design new unpowered trains, and use this car top push them, saving some money on train motors and battery boxes. This MOC contains 2 Powered UP train motors, but it can be used with only one, or you can just use other type of motor, you just need to buy the parts and adapt. The shipping containers can be easily removed to have access to the battery, and you can turn on the hub with a button built on the containers. You can also see if the hub is on, on the top of the containers. I also did some instructions, that are available on rebrickable. Hope you guys like it! Thank you both! I would like to add more detail, but I still lack the experience on it. I also tried to made it very "simple" and sturdy, because the aim of this is to play with my 3 year old daughter, so it will need to handle some abuse...

Hi all! Here the train shed I built to park my Crocodile locomotive. It's a simple design, but I think it turned out nice. The roof took me quite some time to figure out, but I think it was worth it. It also has a working crane in there. Hope you guys like it. Thanks @deraven @Feuer Zug @Toastie for your feedback. I'm actually really impressed with all the positive comments I had so far from everyone. Thanks @LEGO Train 12 Volts but you actually spotted and "issue" that I noticed during the real building. It is actually a really tight fit with the croco, so bigger locos will have issues. That's why I changed a bit the build, so if someone needs the doors a bit wider, just need to change the 1x2 bricks for 1x1 bricks, and that's it! I plan to do it, if I ever get a chance to build a display of my own, because at the moment, this will go to a box and get stored...

Thanks @Shiva @caiman0637 @JWBDolphins @bogieman, glad you guys liked it! Thanks @Pdaitabird @Stuartn for the machinery i took inspiration from my uncle metal workshop, it was actually one of the most difficult parts to do. (Only the roof was worse) Thanks @Black Knight to be 100% honest, I didn't went in any way to an historical approach. This idea first came to my mind, after I saw a picture of the croco in a train shed being renovated, but the appearance of the shed, came from set 10027. I love that set, but for me it is far too simple, so I was inspired to build an "upgraded" version. The minifigs, I decided that the workers should all have the same outfit, and I had quite a few of those torsos, as for the welder, in my mind was a "specialised" work that needed to be outsourced, that's why he is different. :) Thanks @zephyr1934 ! As I said, I was inspired by 10027. That set looks so good (I don't own it, but I saw a lot of reviews and photos), but it lacks so many playable functions... And the roof, It looks good, but I find it "simple" if that makes sense. I was thinking to put it in Ideas platform, but I don't think it's worth it, as probably it will not be a theme that a lot of people will support. So I think I will fine tune the studio.io file, and upload it to rebrickable for free as with all my builds.

They recently lost 2 orders of mine, thats why I was curious. Good thing is that they solved it, so now I got two new one's. -

Mine always appear. Few weeks I had to call in because my two orders didn't arrive, and they did two new one's for me, and took maybe a day or so, but they are there. -

Yesterday I had to call Lego, because my two orders sent few weeks ago still didn't arrive. The person who I spoke to, told me that at least here in Europe, once they are sent, should not have a big delay until they arrive, they are only having issues on sorting this orders. She told me this is first because they still have less people sorting this orders due to the COVID, and second that they saw a big increase in orders from Bricks & Pieces since people are at home. She end up sending me another order, as she said that the original one should have arrived days ago. -

It can be that then, because all the orders I received by post, are under our allowed customs limit. Probably when it's more than the allowed amount, they send with DHL for customs clearance, and by some error they did a mistake with your order. -

I also live in Switzerland, and never had this issue before, and I did quite a lot of orders on the last months. What I noticed is, the biggest order I did, they sent it by DHL, the smallest all came by post. Don't know if somehow the rely on DHL to clear the biggest orders in the customs, or if it was only a coincidence. -

[MOC] Big Farm with barn, tree and wind wheel - Instructions available

Man, I love it! You have really nice details, but specially for me the tractor and the barn are very good. May i ask how did you do the barn roof? How did you connect the two sections? I am at the moment finishing my train shed, and I'm struggling a bit to do something similar... -

I made also 3 orders this year, and all of them are still in Warehouse. Operator confirmed that they are not "forgotten", but they have a big delay on sending them. -

Small question, if anyone knows... I am checking the website everyday, to see if some parts for the 10277 become available. Till now, I have three parts that I want to order, but the are always not available to deliver. How do you guys do in this situation? It's just a matter of waiting, or is it possible to order them by email of phone? -
Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Marinho replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
Well, if what @theremin is somehow true, the vehicle can be on of those small 3 wheel motorcycle Piaggio... -
Hi all, Here is my attempt at the 10277 Krokodil set. I know there are still quite a few things that could be changed/improved, but for me it reached the point that I think I have no capacity to improve it even more. Next step is working on a train shed to store it. 20201117_213427 by Pedro Marinho, no Flickr 20201117_213658 by Pedro Marinho, no Flickr 20201117_213443 by Pedro Marinho, no Flickr 20201117_213501 by Pedro Marinho, no Flickr 20201117_213627 by Pedro Marinho, no Flickr 20201117_213542 by Pedro Marinho, no Flickr 20201117_213555 by Pedro Marinho, no Flickr 20201117_213732 by Pedro Marinho, no Flickr 20201117_213710 by Pedro Marinho, no Flickr

Thanks @Reker1000000! Well, i still didn't order the motor, as it is crazy expensive, but it's like the original set, prepared to receive a motor and battery box! You should go for it, I think it is actually a really good set, even without modding it. The only think I really dislike is the gap's between the cab and nose, but this is an easy fix with just a few extra parts.

That is a really cool build man! When I first saw it, it reminded me of my visit to "Cinque Terre" in Italy.

I'm already in my 2nd order, and i just started using this service.... Just waiting for the 10277 wheels to be available to put a new order. As i live in Switzerland, it is actually better to order here, as I can avoid paying custom taxes, that sometimes I pay with brickink. -

Thanks for the reply! Well, next time I will take a print before putting the order, as I had to went one by one to check the parts I ordered, and the one's I need now to order at bricklink... I added the order yesterday, and it says on the "main order" shipped, but all the parts inside the order are still In Warehouse. I don't think they would ship it so fast...
