I agree, the younger heroes ought not miss out. However, I think it is Mistress Cinna's role to devote actions and resources to looking after her party first. Or if she does not, then to ask for assistance. She has done neither.

Benji hands one grand potion to Purpearl, Baradock, and Matthias and the smelling salts that he received as loot to Matthias.

Cinna pulls out the healing wand and directs a hit to each of the fallen (Purpearl, Matthias, and then Baradock)

Matthias opens his eyes as the last Harpy falls, sits up gingerly, and finds himself suddenly holding two smelling salts and a grand potion. He has to lay back momentarily and set all three items down to rub his aching head and begin to search out his wounds until Cinna's healing spell hits him. Flustered but restored, he picks up the items again and puts the smelling salts into his pack but regards the grand potion with a cautious eye. "It will be a while before I need as strong a draught as this," the tiny gnome remarks in his bass voice. "Perhaps it may be useful to heal my bigger friends, though. Many thanks, Benji."
