this is the first part of my medieval project, actually 6x3 48x48 baseplate.

Very nice!  A ton of great details throughout, but one "big" thing that stands out to me is the excellent job you've done at avoiding big grey wall syndrome.  The extra color and texture on the castle walls works really well and add a lot of visual interest.

Do these buildings have interiors?  I'd love a shot inside some of the buildings if so.

 these buildings haven't interiors, maybe the main keep will have
