I would assume Joker, because my guess is it's a balloon cart build that Joker tries to use. Plus I don't think Batman would be just trying to escape from the Joker.

I believe that is coming this year... Also I'm pretty sure they don't have any concrete information for the sets coming in the summer, at least the design of the figures anyways.

Is it going to be a larger set? I mean the set number is pretty late and i'm not an expert on set numbers but I hope this at least means it won't be another $13 tiny set as we already have the "balloon one".

The set number is a higher one because it is a retail exclusive. An example of this is the R'as Al Ghul set being smaller than all the other sets. The description of the set I believe is her robbing a jewelry store build. It comes with 3 figures, Batgirl, Robin and Catwoman.

I know it's all guess work at the minute, but now that we've got a rough list, can someone with a bit more experience provide an estimate of how much these sets are gonna cost? 

I'm just trying to figure out a rough budget.

I hope so, but the set is probably too small to feature an impressive hot air balloon
