Capt Wolf Posted August 1, 2016 I really like the microship, and how you build the setting sun and dusk sky. Fun story! Is there a link to the larger version of the ship?
Garmadon Posted August 1, 2016 Very nice story ( ) and micro-ship, Captain B, but the part of the larger ship we can see there is really superb! Still love your lantern design! Any chance that we'll get to see more of that ship soon?

Ayrlego Posted August 3, 2016 Great story Captain Braunsfeld, the plot thickens! That is a nice looking ship, I don't think I've seen it before.
Elostirion Posted August 5, 2016 The mixture of micro and large MOC works out perfectly, and I find it quite amazing to see how you managed to MOC the same micro both intact and burning (and the burning one is fantastic).
Bregir Posted August 5, 2016 Booby traps! What is an honest(-ish) pirate to do nowadays, when facing such devious opponents?! As always, your brickbuilt backgrounds are great, and both the intact and the burning micro is very good. (Although I would suggest cropping the photos for all lego shots.) Great looking quarterdeck too, and thanks for showing us the full ship!
Captain Braunsfeld Posted August 6, 2016 Great story Captain Braunsfeld, the plot thickens! That is a nice looking ship, I don't think I've seen it before. Thanks - well the El Centurion is two and a half years old. It might resurface here in renewed form. The mixture of micro and large MOC works out perfectly, and I find it quite amazing to see how you managed to MOC the same micro both intact and burning (and the burning one is fantastic). Well, I built the micro ship twice. And then I tried to depict the explosion of the second while keeping the parts that would "fly around". Booby traps! Honest pirate? There is no such thing! And did you mention the micro sunset? Am I the first one to do a micro sunset?
Captain Dee Posted September 19, 2016 Nice job with the microscale ship, and I like that setting sun a lot. But the detail shots of the large ship look great too - even if it's been posted before. And the micro explosion looks very good considering the small scale. Good work, and good job with the intrigue. I'd like a banana shake...
TitusV Posted September 19, 2016 This story becomes only better and better! I also love that ship, keep it up!
