Castle MOC - The Davlan Holm Chronicles

Recommended Posts

After the dark army of Strelok Ironfist has taken the strategically important harbour Bridgecliff, Davlan Holm is ordered,

with a small force, to get behind the enemy lines to sabbotage the fleet of the dark army.

Because he must rely on his men, he wants to gather the old pack. But time is running out ...

Davlan Holm und John Ryall visting Jorgan Bradshawe

Having served under Davlan Holm, Jorgan Bradshawe has (with his wife and son) pulled back on his small farm.

Here he leads a tough but peaceful life until he visited his old leader...

This is my second Moc in "The Davlan Holm Chronicles", the first one was published before I became a member of Eurobricks.

An unexpected meeting with the dark army at the Moorwald Fall

The cottage fits in well with the scene in the first build, I particularly like the roof. The waterfall and rock work look good on the second model as well.

Amazing looking farm! The plowed field looks really good, nice little wall next to it too.

Also love the little details like the wheels just lying around and the stored fire wood.

Nice job on the house too!

Two great builds :classic: Love that cottage and the surroundings, and the waterfall, rockwork and vegetation is very nice in the second build. Great job!

Awesome field! The rock-work looks cool to. So does the big tree. So does the house walls and roof. So do all the little details like the wheels, axe, bundles of wood, cat and dog, sword and shield, etc... Amazing!

On the second (first built) moc, the green water turning into clear, is ingenious! the sloping rock-work is great, also the foliage!

Keep it up!

Fantastic use of those wedge plates around the base of the cottage. It really makes the foundation look like it sinks into the ground and adds some wonderful realism! I'm also a big fan of the battle sequence on the bridge. Nice work!

Wow, those are both great. One question though. How did you get the house to sit at an angle like that?
