MOC: Arctic Research Train

Recommended Posts

This is my first attempt at a train MOC. Its not as detailed as many, but I tried to put in some good play features. This is built largely on 60052, 60036, and 60035.

That is fantastic! I love the use of the brick seporators as a plow! kinda reminds me of something someone said about an artic base train but all on the skis

Good use of brick separators for a plow. You might want to make the plow into a V shape if you have tack very deep snow. That way snow is forced to the left and right side of the train. Lots of fun with all the play features. :classic:

This is, well for me, an interesting take on the artic explorers theme, would never if thought of someone making a train out of it, it's a pretty awesome moc know,

Great Job 'Vorkosigan'

Cool Idea (arctic pun kind of intended). It looks very playable also. Something like this would make a good LEGO Ideas train - something that is like a playable exploration set on a train. The MARS train, with launching spaceships or something. Kids and (big kids) would enjoy it.

Awesome train! I love that it's an Arctic Train. The brick separators is perfect for the plow on the front. I like the research car best.
