This is utterly unacceptable (Day #482 of being outraged) I sure hope this bridge display in the SSD does not jeopardise our chances at a ISD bridge diorama. (Actually if Lego insists on doing 18+ stuff, I would love to get a Chimera bridge next year for Ahsoka S2) Also. Where’s Piett? Edited 23 hours ago by CloneCommando99 Quote

Honestly they could bring back the diorama line just for starship interiors. The bridges of the Chimeria, the invisible hand, Phoenix home, etc The longues and cockpits of the Ghost, the Falcon, The Razor Crest, The Twilight even. Quote
BrickPrick Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Having watched Mandr's review of the most recent Advent Calendar, it's alright in the most predictable kinda sense. Nothing out of the ordinary one way or the other. It's solid. Nothing more, nothing less. Still glad it ain't 45 freaking Euros over here. And still wish there were more than four full minifigures included (five if you wanna count Grogu). My highlight, however, gotta be the neat new IG-11 head mould. Quote

Wish they could have included IG-11 in the Offworld Sandcrawler set even though he’s technically spare parts at that point in time. The Lego Mando short trailer looks really fun too. I audibly chuckled at IG-11 initiating his self destruct sequence every time Mando hurts his feelings. Quote

I mean, you would know this first hand... It's gotta be among the best flagship sets we have gotten for at least this decade. But so too is the price point breaking a new playscale barrier. And getting ~5,2 minifigures for a $200 system scale set is... not very satisfactory, even if lacking lineups are not exactly strangers for the Lego Star Wars theme. So yeah, including an IG-11, in-universe accuracy be damned for this instance, would have been very welcoming to see. Yep, I found it very entertaining, too. Like the Luke entrance scene where everyone is immediately supposed to know who he is, when of course... they don't recognize him. But sure thing, they let him take Grogu off their hands right away Quote

I’d love to see a small ‘we’re sorry’ wave from Lego that’s comprised of Maul: Shadow Lord and Ahsoka S2 sets. Lots of cool new builds and minifigures with tonnes of new moulds. Maybe in 2076 for Shadow Lord’s 50th anniversary. @BrickPrick Such a good point regarding the Sandcrawler’s new price slot! They should’ve thrown in that IG-88. But I have a feeling they’re still planning an Outland TIE Fighter set which will include a speeder bike sidebuild. As much as I like the sound of the 50th anniversary sets, it’s really become a double edged sword because I’d rather they slightly reduce the focus on the 50th anniversary by maybe 2 sets just to cover other relevant material. I haven't had much to say about the recent conversation but I think I'm somewhat optimistic about next year, the sets we've heard about so far largely seem promising. Would be a shame if nothing from the new shows is covered but I like what's in the pipeline at least. Really hoping the battle pack rumors aren't true though. Would also love to get a second one next summer but I shan't get into wishlisting here. Quote

It's gonna happen right after @CloneCommando99 posted his ~18.700th day of the glorious TIE Avenger summoning campaign. 2 hours ago, Kaijumeister said: @BrickPrick Such a good point regarding the Sandcrawler’s new price slot! Literally long before the standard UCS sets price increased from 200 to 240 bucks. Playscale sets breaking through 200 bucks was only a matter of time. Good thing, the set itself, while still being overpriced, is excellently executed all around. I mean that's still much better than... I remember what you did last summer, Lego! And sure, it wouldn't be the first time any outside material teased an official Lego Star Wars product, nor will it be the last time. I'm sometimes bummed that I missed out on the Interceptor a couple years back. It's solely missed on my TIE family, but I may get it used for cheap later down the road. 2 hours ago, Kaijumeister said: As much as I like the sound of the 50th anniversary sets, it’s really become a double edged sword because I’d rather they slightly reduce the focus on the 50th anniversary by maybe 2 sets just to cover other relevant material. Yeah, I mean the 50th SW anniversary lineup started off pretty promising in terms of actual builds and got much more exciting when new details surfaced regarding the included minifigs. But since then... every new leak feels like a new distraction or obstacle. I need some of that leftover Summer 2027 juice more than ever now. Edited 15 hours ago by BrickPrick Quote

Same logic applies for Lego Designers in disguise, for they may grant us a TIE Avenger. Don’t forget hangar bays. Quote
