I don't plan to buy the set, so I too hope the kraken knight (If Lego releases it in the first place) will show up at PAB. Release the kraken knight!

After showing us the shield, there is no way back for Lego

It already looks pretty much perfect, assuming they’re willing to bring the mould back after five/six years.

This helmet is not what I pictured but I actaully think it’s fairly perfect for Kraken knight leader.

We can only hope that they do more with the faction beyond this GWP.

I see that more being the standard soldier helm, and something more unique for a leader like a modified DnD Illithid head.

I can only wish they make a helm like Lokhir Fellheart's

What makes you think they would be for a Prize Machine GWP? The Prizemachine will be a Set for Sale and the minifigures will be included in that set. That beeing said, they could make new moulds, but I just don´t think they will have the budget for it considering the minifigures will need many slots for new prints/colours and likely they will need some for the machine itself aswell - if not new moulds for that, like for the capsules for instance.

I would agree with that, after people got to vote the minifigure and got the shield displayed there is like no way they could not include it lol. And yeah, not interested in the prize machine either, just in some of the minifigures at least.

My bad, I mixed up it being an Ideas set with it being GWP.

But yeah, I still doubt any new molds for armor bits.  Printed torso, printed shield, and standard helm/armor is still what I'd expect.

Given the other knights they did lately, I would also hope for printed legs.

Almost certainly IP-locked to DC, so unlikely to return in an in-house set. 🫤

New torso, legs, and shield prints, with reused head, helmet, and sword are my bets. The only way that I can see us getting a new or recoloured helmet/armour/weapon/etc is if the part is already appearing in another set (or CMF).

Any one else noticed that Brickhammers submission of the Wolfpack tower at BDP series 5 has disappeared? I voted for it a couple of hours ago. It had almost 4000 pieces but now it's gone....weird.

Does this mean his submission (Wolfpack hideout)at Lego Ideas is going to be approved?

As much as I would love to get a proper Wolfpack tower set (complete with printed shields and flags!), I suspect that this model was removed simply because the Ideas entry is still in review. If/when it is rejected, then the designer will be able to resubmit the model as part of the BDP.

Me too but I am a huge castle fan. It's the reason I came back in 2022 after a long dark age. Sadly there are not  much classic castle sets. And BDP delivers on that.

2 months to go and I will recieve the incredible looking Mountain Fortress for the Black Falcons. The interior is sparse but the exterior is better looking than the Lion knights castle.Great job Sleeplessknight! 

What I want next is a Forrestmen's hideout and a Wolfpack castle. And BDP delivers. I am actually not that interested anymore for official Lego sets. Unless we get new minifigs. But I can buy those in bulk at pick a brick.

Seeing how much the Castle in the Forrest sells for now on bricklink almost makes me want to cry - £425 is the cheapest in the UK! I’m also looking forward to the Mountain Fortress!

I totally understand your reasons!  At least we got LKC, Blacksmith, MTS sets.  Although I prefer to see  play set Castle theme itself.

At least the only exclusive element is the sticker sheet, and since we now have printed Forestmen shields, the stickers are only necessary from a completionist perspective.

The Blacksmith is nice but it doesn't fit with the Lion knights castle scale wise. I prefer the Viking Village and the medieval town square. Minor point of the last one is that some roofs look unfinished. And no Wolfpack shield.

That’s fair, I agree with you on Blacksmith. It is quite oversized over LKC. I haven’t brought Viking Villagge set but i am at ally thinking about getting it because of printed parts. I don’t feel appealed to MTS becuase of stickers. Stickers for shields are a big minus.

True, but that is less essential to the overall build (since you can just give the Black Falcons normal flags, as they have in the LKC); the Forestmen shields are needed to identify the castle and make the Minifigs look less like BAM assemblies.
