Horrible news I read that it maybe is because of contract obligations, but still. People want minifigs and not this F1 trash. Maybe it will end up being sold at discount supermarkets like the first series

I think they finally unerstood that magazin issues with minifigs sell much much better than issues with minibuilds. Good for us Often it is possible to preorder magazines in numbers at kiosks and bookshops, etc., so that is one way to get large numbers of minifigs. Though I don't know if it is possible to preorder 30+ at one shop.

It depends. Personally I have no need for Imperials or Ewoks. I just need some Rebel Commandos that I can put into my mocs This will be the first chance for me to get them. The only set that came close was the Endor Speeder Chase diorama a couple years ago but that set was insanely overpriced and so I skipped it. I guess Ewoks are endemic to Endor? So they would be of no help when it comes to moccing. So better put them all into the village Yeah, these days I rate the value of a set purely from a moccing POV

Yep, got three of the Galactic Marines with the magazine today. Just for the torso though Not sure about the 327th, but it comes with the printed pauldron, so I might get it as well.

To be honest, I think 2 commandos and 4 imps would be a pretty bad ratio. We get plenty of imps with many sets, rebel commandos not so much... Make it 3 vs 3 then There's probably a chance that the Endor BP minifigs will come with the LSW magazine later, like so many BP minifigs, so hopefully we'll get more commandos this way!

4 Imps?? How many minifigs will be in there? There won't be 8, right? I hope for many rebels, each with different torso prints. One can dream, no?

LEGO does not want the word Legos to become a generic term (German: Gattungsbegriff) because people then might say they got Bluebrixx Legos, Legos from Pantasy or a Lumibricks Legos Modular and so on. Theoretically it is possible to loose a trademark if the generic term is in widespread use.

Yes, I noticed that as well. And I love it! Even the police is using the term. So it is official. Take that LEGO company! I love it because LEGO wants to dictate people how to speak and they would very much like to ban a term that so many people use when speaking about building blocks.

I don't understand why it would do any harm to the forum or its members if there would be sub-forums for Pantasy or Lumibricks, Cobi or Bluebrixx Nobody is forced to read everything. If Lego stops support, there's no need for Nibelung loyalty (unconditional loyalty).

Will watch the video later Everyone is milking this story right now. The biggest channel I found that is reporting about the scandal accumulated 20 million views alone. Overall it must have generated hundreds of millions of views at this point. It will be interesting to see in which state B&M will get out of this. People will learn about the scandal in business school. The class will be called: How to ruin your reputation online fast (globally).

LAN LEGO FanCoLab There are news and rumors going around that say that LAN will be replaced by a new program called LEGO FanCoLab. Apparently word was that all LAN members will automatically become LEGO FanCoLab members but now it seems that you have to apply and some got rejected. Is there any more info going around? Discuss!

I voted NO because the question is too unspecific for me to answer. For me it depends more on the themes topics and less on numbers. Don't need more themes like Dreamzzz... I usually do not listen do music when I build lego, but I often listen to radio dramas (audio plays) or politics podcasts. Or I would watch (more listen to ) a movie or TV show. I voted NO because for my mocs I build bases with bricks and plates and so I have not used a baseplate in years. I maybe would resort to baseplates if I would build a very large display or a city.

This video made me wonder how often stuff like this happens. They went to several B&M stores to get a box of minifigs checked. In the last store the B&M employee 'forgot' to give the chrome C-3PO back and when asked about it said that it is fake anyway. I wonder how many minfigs 'disappeared' when Average Joe brings in boxes full of legos and minfigs to get them checked?!?

Yep, that's what I noticed too. I wonder if they lowerd the prices of the Pokemon add-on sets because of the bad?? sales numbers of the Star Wars Smart Play sets? There are several Pokemon add-ons with less than 10cent ppp.
