Today's Mayor is Anne Martin / mediumsnowman!

He must pick a Town Council Chair and nominate that person publicly here. Then you will have 24 hours to approve his government by voting either Yes or No. He should do so ASAP without delay. If he does not within 24 hours from now, it will be a failed government and a new mayor will be selected.

Remember, if three governments fail in a row (that would be 72 hours theoretically - three 24 hour periods), then the top card is flipped and that policy is enacted.

I would like to nominate Edward Cook (Chromeknight) as my TCC.

I have a good town-read on him, he seems to be doing his best to help figure out who's scum and pass town policies. It is imperative we pass another town policy today.

Sorry Anne, but I'm going to vote No. If Ralph is telling the truth, then it is possible that Joshua said you were town to make you look less scummy.

I find it interesting (and convenient) that one of the most suspected players in the game chooses to nominate a player who's given out a town read. There are still two players who haven't been in government and would be good to get a read on them.

The fact that Edward has been giving off town reads makes it more likely for a town policy to be passed. Thus making you look town. I'm also going to vote

I'm going to vote No, as I don't think anyone under suspicion should be our Mayor and I've already expressed my views in the previous two days' threads. I'm voting under the assumption that the answer to the above question is yes.

I nominate Patricia Davis - Tariq as TCC.

I can't chose Michael or Erik because they were in the council yesterday.

I won't choose Joshua, Ralph, or Anne for the investigation reasons.

I don't wish to choose Scott because he hasn't shown up since Day 2.

Edward and Robert are similar to Patricia - unknowns to me, and I'm not entirely comfortable with either.

I don't wish to choose Lindsey because I'm pretty sure she's town. It's likely that there will be exactly one town card in my hand (one of our mayors lied), so I should be able to pass along a town and a scum card to Patricia so we can get an appropriate read on her. If Patricia ends up revealing herself as scum by passing a mafia policy, I will have the right to install Lindsey or Erik as Mayor tomorrow. If not, we get the town policy passed and we're one step closer to victory.

I should note that I am going to have less time to contribute over the next few days, but will do my best.

I'll vote Yes to that, I see no problem with Patricia as TCC and hopefully, this is a chance for some more of us to prove themselves as town.

Unless two of our mayors were lying and discarded town cards, and the random card drawn from the pack is a scum one.

But yes, the chance is very slight, so if a mafia policy passes it's way more likely that at least one of the government is scum.

I will also vote yes. I guess I'm biased here, but I am sad Anne was voted down, but of course not surprised. At least it's Christina, a person I'm leaning town on. Patricia hasn't had a chance to make a choice yet (being given two town cards), so I'd like tos ee what she does this time around.
