Sailors can be a superstitious lot. Even though only a small percentage of them worship the Triuri, seeing that ships blessed in some way by the Crahaish neh Triuri have safer voyages can be convincing. Now one of the nine High Priestesses of the Crahaish neh Triuri. Ylsbeth the Starcatcher, is willing to bless outbound cargo, and the captains of many trade vessels are taking her up on the offer. Each has brought something bound for their final port of call. Ylsbeth makes her blessings on a small patio belonging to one of the more prominent shippers. Her Consort waits with a goblet of holy water, in case her throat becomes dry during the blessings. Each item gets blessed in turn. Captains and crew wait quietly at a distance, not wanting to interrupt the blessings, but ready to retrieve their cargo at a moment's notice. Ylsbeth is happy that so many are beginning to take an interest in the Triuri. She also notices a few of the captains and crew eying her with more physical interest. She doesn't discourage this, but will only be bedding her Consort tonight. Tomorrow, though, may find Ylsbeth dockside. ------------------------------------------------------ Just a quick vig I threw together yesterday.

Task VI. Amber Cider from Deep Gardens A little background: This region of Avalonia was famous of its orchards. Mostly of their apples. The people making cider from many decades. But, the gods wasn't so kind to them. A few long and harsh winters ruined the plants. Making a major set back, of the peoples, who living here. The remaining fruit trees count as sacred trees, they don't using them for woodworking. This is why, they using evergreen trees. Like the barrels, to containe the cider. When Conrad arrived, he learned about this forgotten trade. Reopened the cellars, where they found many years old barrels, full of the forgotten brew. The evergreen barrels gave a new taste for the brew, the tree's resin dissolved in the brew. A new taste and colour inspired him, invested some gold in, so this trade would go on again. The brewery's new logo They using this machine, tho crush the apples, to collect the juice of the fruit. To get more customer, new traderouts were made: From Mitgardia......to Kaliphin.

I'm looking to trade or sell these parts: As you can see in the picture, most of the Harry Potter heads are somewhat banged up or have faded printing. The scooby doo and friends figs are in superb condition though. The price for the whole lot is $45 plus shipping which in the US would only be a few more dollars. I'm interested in castle building parts and figs especially, though not limited to that by any means. So if you have something you'd like to trade, just let me know. The Arkbri river flows through a large part of Historica, from the mountains of Mitgardia all the way down to Kaliphlin and is navigable along most of its course. From Barqa and Queenscross, river boats regularly travel all the way up to southern-central Mitgardia. While whale oil is commonly for lighting in Mitgardia, refined Kaliphlin naphtha is highly prized for it's bright light and almost no smoke or smell. The ability to use this light to read long after dark is one of the reasons for the great knowledge of the Kaliphlin scholars. In return for the Kaliphlin naphtha, Mitgardian timber is brought down river to the great cities of the south. As the timber can float by itself, a large number of logs can be attached to each river boat. As this boat is unloading at a small trading post along the river, more fresh timber is pulled out of the woods. By providing this blessing of light to the people of the north, the traders of Kaliphlin are doing a great humanitarian effort at the same time as they are making an excellent profit providing Kaliphlin with high-quality Mitgardian timber. Hi there I posted these photos to Flickr on Friday and meant to share them here too, but various things got in the way so now is my first chance to do so. Anyway, please let me introduce my version of a Roman trading ship of the sort common in the 1st and 2nd centuries AD. This is my first attempt at a nautical MOC and so I've gone for a relatively clean design. There are a few things I would perhaps like to have done differently, but in the end I spent so much time fiddling with it that it was beginning to look like a never ending project and so I thought I'd just go ahead and post it. I would now like to try my hand at bigger and more complex ships, so your C&C would be most welcome. Thanks for viewing, MW
