    Very glad I was able to trade for this one. It's marvelously detailed and the color scheme just pops in LEGO form. Don Cheadle was great in the film and it's nice to have his accurate IM3 suit.

    Considering the timing of when the sets will be available, I'm guessing it will release more like POTC, then. There's not time for a complete line based on the older movies. Maybe the best we can hope for is a fan-service JP set thrown in with the JW ones. If the tour jeeps appear in any form in the new film as some have said, I can see TLG taking advantage of that. A lot of times, it seems the designers are just as big of fans as the rest of us.

This is very much off-topic and I won't allow you to continue to berate my friend and fellow moderator any further. You were in the wrong, she told you that you were in the wrong. Follow the rules of the site from now on and everything will be fine. Any furthering of this topic and I'll take harsher action than just a public warning.

    Weeks ago, Chris Pratt tweeted that he'd have another minifigure soon, this one based on his Jurassic World character. While most of us remained skeptical, member Hulk_Smash backs up his claim and says there will be JW sets! Excited? Discuss it in Licensed!

    Based on the bolded part of this quote, I think that constitutes a second (and Hulk_Smash has proven to be reliable) source for such news and warrants the reopening of this thread. Yay for dinosaurs!

    I wasn't thrilled with the build of Knowhere (that could change once I see the movie and thus what it references) but there are a lot of nice parts in there. If you MOC spacey things, it's not bad at all. On the other hand, I really like the look of the Blackbird. I'm impressed enough to display it a while before parting it out. (I did remove the flickfires, though. They're just out of place.) I also like the minifigures in the set better than Knowhere, even with a couple of partial repeats (and Wolverine's mask is totally worth the repeat).

    While your art is impressive, we don't allow animated GIFs here, especially ones that large. Non-animated images should only be 800x600, please. These guidelines ensure that members on slower internet connections can enjoy the site without waiting forever for items to load. Thank you for understanding.

    And that's one thing that makes this a great project. The SBrick team didn't just go straight to Kickstarter when they had their initial idea. They put the time and effort in to make a potentially great product that works and then asked us, the consumers, to help with manufacturing costs.
