great use of the boat piece from the latest harbor set. Also great choice of minifigs. Very realistic. Spot on.

While the set looks good, it looks a bit "smail" for a theatre, and if I get it, which I think I might have to since my wife likes the "early look" of it, I will probably convert it to a chinese restaurant

Good interpretation of a modularized police station So the cell is a bit cramped... if the criminal can't do the time, he probably won't do the crime (again).

I think the correct term is a trolly... but could also be called a street car.... nice detailed look. I love the dark red, but the blue is also nice

The RC double-decker bus is very cool. I also like the Ditto "Shuttle Train" :D Its too bad that there is only one passenger car... and it would help if the sides used "shutter pieces" to open the doors.... just a suggestion. The orange mini is also sweet.... I'm a conformist!

Its a very good looking building. Im sorta glad that you didn't try to make it modular, you would have lost the ability to have two walls with any decoration on it. The "exhibits" look good too. I really like the front of the building best and also a creative use of the lions on the sides.

Hi I adapted this vehicle in the springtime deciding that I NEEDED a canteen support vehicle for my department. Here is a reference picture: This photo is a picture of the LDD proposed model design in early spring / late winter: Here is the link for the Brickshelf folder: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=515041 The real life Support Unit provides local support (including canteen services) to working fires in the local area (Greater Niagara) Here is the website for the Association: www.rnfba.com/ Enjoy

what about spring 2013... ;p

Benn, thanks for your comments. What you said made a lot of sense. Though I personally think that it will be quite a while until we see a cuusoo train model being produced. It would be nice, IMO, if there the person in charge of the online PAB pallett was a diehard train fan.... then it would be more train parts and less hero factory parts. :D

I have heard that you need to spend $60.00 US in the US stores and $75 Canadian in the Canadian stores... not officially sure though. I hope there's going to be some remainders at the end of the promotion. Last year and the year before with the magnets, there were tons of leftovers. I think it took until the Summer before I stopped seeing them. (crosses fingers)

I'm thinking from the cartoons that the Gold Ninja will be Nya... "crosses fingers" I'm hoping that part of the last wave we'll see a "Destiny Bounty" retooled to look like a pirate ship with a captain and crew.

It looks really good. I am really enjoying the detail work and the actual size of the project. When I heard of Fairplay, I had thoughts in my mind that the boat was somehow responsible for intercepting vessels with loads of clone brick.... :D

looks pretty nice. the baggage car is actually a combine, because it has both baggage storage and space for passengers. I can't wait to see it in real life...

very nice Rook.... and that is a very nice looking streetcar, Calum. Awesome Job. I just might have to pop into Sherway Lego store before the next RTL dinner, just to see the display.

Not a bad butcher shop LT... good job. My first impression at least from the last photo you posted, I thought there was a truck in a bay, instead of a refidgerated meat case. I asked my wife what she thought about it and had a similar impression. I would suggest you keep the bottom the case all in grey instead of grey with white accent, especially at the front. I can see what you were trying to do at the bottom of the case with the grill pieces. The overall design on the building is very good and quite ascetically pleasing. Overall, the town is shaping up to be very, very good. I love the detail work.

Good luck with your projects Quest. The good news with the inner-city train is that the main colours are yellow and red. The 12 V elements are quite pricey as are some of the rare elements like the doors.

looks innovative... but doesn't look "FRIENDly" Honestly though, my first impression was to hum the "Yellow Submarine" from the Beetles.

Our cat lays on bricks and other lego stuff just to get "extra attention" from me. Here is a picture of her laying on a baseplate: Brickshelf Photo

Maybe there's copywrite music in it... I would have loved to see the video.
