  1. Yes, I noticed If you do please update with the cost.. Unfortunately no lobster yet
  2. Hopefully it will have a much better minifigs per piece ratio at least, over 1000 bricks per fig
  3. Well it is a lot cheaper than the old version and has a lot more pieces at least The scalpers are bleeding money now
  4. If we are lucky they do them al - 1 big D2C Hogwarts - The first CMF series (we could get several series if the first sell well, no shortage of figs) - Normal sets from HP and FB (hopefully the first in many waves to come) By the way I would like to see a Magical Menagerie shop set from Diagon Alley! This is most likely not a first or second wave set, but if them keep the waves coming it could happen It is not unlikely that Newt Scamander and his friends will visit the shop during one of the next 4 films...
  5. Haha, I had to google MCU so I am pretty sure they are far far behind when it comes to die-hard fans SW have been around for 40 years, HP only 20 years.. Give HP 20 years more and maybe it is even more popular than SW
  6. I think what he meant is that we could get figs from both HP and FB in the same set, not only figs like Dumbledore who were present during both periods (they could give him two heads maybe; young/old). That is not unlikely The last two Hogwarts sets from 2010-11 (4842 and 4867) had combined only 1756 bricks, but 18 figs (only Harry was in both and 3 dementors in total)! If we assume it has a least 4000 bricks like the Disney castle, 25 figs should be more than possible By the way Mrs Norris will definitely get an upgrade and maybe Crookshanks will be in a set for the first time?
  7. Lego also do this at least with the classic themes like pirates and castle, they were evergreen and probably still are, but Lego give us a wave every few years.. The problem for AFOLs with this approach is that we basically get the same 5-6 sets in every wave and that is often a little boring after a while While themes that gets several waves in a row usually get more different sets The wizarding world of Harry Potter have in my opinion the makings of a evergreen theme like SW if given the chance
  8. You can always hope, but it not very likely.. If they release new movies from middle-earth or something the chances do increase, but I have read that the sets where not best-sellers.. True or not, I believe the LOTR/Hobbit fans are on average rather old. The HP fans come in all ages; kids, youth and adults (male and female alike), It is not like the kids have stopped reading Harry Potter books in resent years (the LOTR brick on the other hand is probably not so popular in primary school). It is good that AFOLs buy many sets in a theme, but to sell a lot of sets Lego needs to get on the kids wish-list.. It is a reason HP supposedly is the most wanted theme not in production I hope this wave will bring a forbidden forest set instead of the normal Hagrid's Hut set, at the very least give us a Fang mould
  9. I think the FB sets probably will be from the new movie, to bad because of all the fantastic beast in the first movie Even tough the films supposedly are called FB, I do not think all of them will focus so much on magizoology as the first one
  10. I do not expect a new owl mould, we got a very nice updated one with the last HP wave HP on the other hand is a theme that have brought several new animal moulds to the table, so I expect we will see some new animals. The question is how many are normal animals and how many are "fantastic beasts" Nagini could be made in three moulds in roughly the same size, one head, one tail and one body. Then you could make the snake as big as you like by adding more body parts, this way it would be very flexible to pose it around minifigs, in a three etc..
  11. Could be you are right or maybe Lego is planning to release several Ninjago city modulars if the first one is selling well
  12. I hope for a modern 2000++ bricks set based on eldorado fortress, maybe something like a fortified town with some civilians and animals Probably won't be next year, but maybe in 2019
  13. If that is the case I hope they are in this order (smallest to biggest): Space, town, castle and pirates
  14. Ninjago City has nothing to do with the modular buildings so off course they will not make a connection to it in the next modular That thing is huge compared to them and do not have the same architectural style, in short; do not fit at all! Lego have released several big buildings lately like; haunted house, old fishing store and Firehouse Headquarters. You can make them fit the modular street more or less after some modding, but officially they are not connected
  15. It will probably pop up again closer to winter (it is still summer, but do not feel like it up here at least )
  16. It is not allowed to post "confidential" images here! You should delete them as soon as possible, or you risk getting banned...
  17. Maybe this tread should be merged with the HP one? The wizarding world of Harry Potter probably include both HP and FB sets
  18. It is more likely we will get one big castle D2C set, if they divide it into several sets we most likely will get all the parts in one wave.. The dream would off course be to get a part of the castle with 2000 bricks every year for a decade, but not very likely so I hope it is one huge set at least the size of Disney
  19. If you see the weather forecast and they say it is a 80% chance of sun tomorrow. Then later you meet some people and say; "I predict that it will be sun tomorrow!" Next day guess what; it is sunny! I am sorry, but that do not make you a prophet...
  20. We need to have hope in the animal mould world And sometimes (surprisingly often lately) we get a nice surprise
  21. The cat is out of the bag https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/144854-lego-seasonal-2017/&page=4
  22. The news is sure coming in fast today I like it, seems to be in scale with the 3 first buildings @ Penkid11 you should probably post it here: https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/113207-winter-village-sets-rumours-and-discussion/&page=26
  23. Thanks for the info! Harry Potter himself will not be in any fantastic beast sets, since he is not born yet. The 5 movies will take place from 1926-45, HP is born in 1980 Personally I think they will release sets from both HP and FB, like they do with star wars something new and something old.. Really looking forward to this; HP sets (probably FB sets) and maybe a CMF series and a big D2C set
  24. I have to go abroad to check Where in Paris in spring, but they did not have any animals, so I did not buy any figs there
  25. It is definitely not a moose (too good to be true), but a bear. From what I can see it is a reddish brown bear, pretty sure it is not the same colour as the one in forest police
