They're two very separate entities. Spinjitzu has never, in the plot, required you learn spinjitzu to use elemental powers, or unlock elemental powers to use spinjitzu.

I find it more interesting that Ekimu's "armor extension" (what PoF and PoE have) is facing upwards rather than forward in that picture. Could be just for the sake of stylization, but it's interesting nonetheless.

They forget how to use their elemental powers, not Spinjitzu. And if it does remove their memories of spinjitzu techniques, then it's not confirmed at this time.

That's all the plot details we know. Might I add that we've seen two versions of Ronin, not one, and the one we originally saw had a more complete look to it. That's a katana. Not a glaive. edit: Oh, RIGHT hand. Looked at the wrong one.

Ugh, the dialogue is so poorly paced, giving far too much exposition in a short space of time. Not to mention there's a huge problem with "The ultimate question - what happened to Zane?" is completely blown out of the water when you show exactly what happened in the trailer. Jay also breaks his leg. Guess he took showbiz too literally.- 4,591 replies

This isn't about this year being divided into two plots, this is about a game (which isn't even a major release) getting nearly its own entire wave. Sets are not mutually exclusive to a certain wave/season. Studs are the perfect collectable items, yet we haven't seen them explicitly featured as such. We don't even know what Obsidian weapons look like.- 4,591 replies

Shipping is cheaper with the more you buy. You can get a bunch of sets without the shipping price increasing too much, but if you plan to buy anything more than a single low-price set it's not worth it. Free shipping, btw, is usually part of a sale, or special offer. Edit: Nevermind, if you buy an order worth something like $200 you get free shipping.

Good grief, it's a frickin' handheld game. We know absolute zip about it other than platforms, name, small amounts of story details, and an eyesore of a minifigure. Half a wave is too much for it. Not even LEGO City Undercover got more than one set, and it was a "flagship" title for the Wii U, and heavily marketed. I'm telling you now, not even half the second wave sets will have anything to do with the Ronin game.- 4,591 replies

Australia. It gets worse: http://www.majhost.c...y.cgi?i=4088972 Not $30! Not $60! A whopping $90 for Tahu to be delivered to your door! And if you want it 6 days earlier, you get to pay $130! Edit: Nevermind, I stuffed up. Had two Tahus in the cart, not one. Let me rephrase that. "Not $20! Not $30! A whopping $60 for Tahu to be delivered to your door! And if you want it 6 business days earlier, you get to pay $100!"

The only problem I have is how overpriced the sets are. Over here, a single Protector costs $16 (!) I'm not even going to bother trying to buy Tahu through S@H, it costs $60 shipping included.

The 2015 Toa are the finest examples of CCBS usage, each character has a unique and defined look that separates them from the rest. I just hope they can keep it up.

Oh, right, the PS Vita. The handheld console whose own developer abandoned it. There is no reason whatsoever for nearly the entire second wave of NINJAGO for 2015 to be about Ronin, and it won't. We do, actually. Same universe, same rules apply. And it was Phil Lord and Chris Miller that stated they would be in the same universe (aka very reputable source). Also the "Enter the NINJAGO" minimovie (which someone websites claim to be a teaser of the movie) came out quite a few months ago now.- 4,591 replies

No. LEGO isn't going to pump out an entire wave based off of a 2nd rate game made solely for Nintendo platforms. We didn't see the same with City, we won't be seeing it here. Period. Not necessarily. The Golden Armor is made from the Golden Weapons, the Overlord was never capable of using Lloyd's Golden Power for anything. We don't fully know how Golden Power, or Skylor's copy+paste abilties, works.- 4,591 replies

TheOneVeyronian, can you provide a closer look at the CGI Sensei Wu advert on the back of the Titanium Dragon's box? I'd like to see which suits the ninja are wearing.

I do believe you said earlier; What I have been saying is that we're getting plot "waves" again, an entire plot wrapped into a single, manageable wave. So please explain what you mean when you say you doubt we'll see another season until October/September (when one part of the world always gets the new sets by July) and then say that that's not what you're saying.- 4,591 replies

That's because you're basing that concept on the idea that we're not done with the Anacondrai arc.- 4,591 replies

Hence why I said "if this method of discontinuation continues". I just realized that Skylor has the potential to gain Golden Power.- 4,591 replies

Actually, it's Sensei Wu and Nya. But the DB X isn't the Destiny's Bounty. I believe the word Nya used was "restore". DB X could stand for anything, really. X for Nya's alter-ego, maybe Dragon Base? NINJAGO is no newcomer to having weird initials for titles.- 4,591 replies

The Ninja DB X is modular. There's hidden functions everywhere, even a launcher hidden behind the cockpit. There's a control room in the back with weapon racks, and the control panels have -you guessed it- a picture of a Mech. I can't tell if it's supposed to be the Electro Mech, a previous Mech or a new Mech altogether. Oh, and the Titanium Dragon has waist articulation I managed to find where the picture of Ronin came from. Possibly from the back of an online instruction manual, so there's some (a lot) of discoloration.

I actually like most of these. They seem larger than most polybags, at least to me anyway.

No. This year is likely to be structured as Chima's show was last year, which was more or less an advancement of the concept NINJAGO introduced in 2012. We may very well see 2 to 3 seasons this year, and if the history of NINJAGO and Chima's method of introducing discontinuation continues, the NINJAGO movie is going to replace the regular line (what a waste). That's a big assumption to make. Not exactly, the discussion of how many sets belong to a particular substory still counts as speculation on the plot (we really need to change the name of this thread). ...I did not realize that those two share the same initials (I hadn't forgotten about the Destiny's Bounty, though). That's really interesting, actually.- 4,591 replies
