Very sleek and plenty of curves and detail even at that small scale. Nice solution for the controls, though part of me thinks those are hand ripped off a trooper when he stopped too fast or something.

Very nice! Great curves for a 5-wide, and you've picked all the essential styling details to include. Fun build!

Nicely done. Supported! -
Excellent. NPU with getting the blood running into the water effect - really fantastic! Great posing and choice of faces, too. The rockwork looks good too, but perhaps a little too symmetrical (though that's not what draws your eye here anyway). Great build!

Great job on the trebuchet! The fact that it looks good but also is properly functional (with nice range) is excellent. Cool seeing it in action.

I'm not particularly a fan, but these are so well-executed and aesthetically pleasing there's no way I couldn't support it! Wonderful build!

Very nostalgic - looks great! You've captured it well with nice shaping and have made some good choices with how to include or echo the key details with the available parts. I think the only part I like better in the first version is the cleaner look at the bottom of the chest plate.

That came together better than I'd have expected. Nice decking.

LEGO City 2020 - Rumors, Speculation, and Discussion

Yeah, it's got some nice elements but for $200USD and looking at the box art, I expected there to be some (raised) track for the tram! If it had a loop of track in addition to everything else I think the price would have been justified. The junk cart thing isn't my cup of tea either, but I guess there's some play value there. Seems rather unpolished compared to everything else (which is probably what they were going for) but still odd. Also, is there some ongoing story element that I'm missing as to why the mayor is wearing a corn suit? If there was a farm or food festival going on or something like that I could see it but, again, just seems like a really odd choice to include if there's not some more context there. -
What a glorious, blocky Sonic! Nice shaping overall, and I agree that the head looks really good and must have taken plenty of design time to sort out. The ears could maybe be a touch bigger, but it looks great. Nice build!

The planter area and those trees are very nice. As already mentioned, the doors look great and the subdued colors still really pop against the tan walls. Looking forward to seeing that interior.

Welcome to EB, Marius! Physical space to keep heaps of Lego can definitely be a challenge, but there are plenty of discussions on here about high-density storage and how to make the most out of a smaller space so maybe you'll find some ideas that will help you keep the collection going without squeezing yourself out of your space! See you around the forums - happy building!

Welcome to EB, James! Lots of Technic, Creator, and Ideas (formerly Cuusoo) inspiration and discussion here for you to enjoy. And welcome back from your dark ages - happy building!

KKSTB Klasse 80 0-10-0 "Die Kaiserlokomotive"

This is a great build. The ratchet wrench on the front is NPU and works well there. I think not using the wide stack makes the steam dome look a bit too large, but it wouldn't have hit me that way if I hadn't looked at the inspiration in some detail first. The curves on the cab are also really nicely captured! -

This is ridiculous and wonderful. Love seeing this kind of creative problem solving/feature enhancement. -
"Seasons in Time" - a LEGO perpetual calendar

That is wonderful. The only gripe I have with it - and it's a little surprising with Brent's attention to detail on his great builds - is that the tree looks like an evergreen which wouldn't change color in the autumn/fall. But I'd still buy this in a heartbeat, so let's hope it makes it through Ideas review! -
The closest I recall happening in my decades of Lego-opening was more of a glue smell, and it wasn't too bad, just unusual enough to notice (and for me to remember now many years later). The box clearly had more glue than usual applied when looking at the inside and I think one of the bags of pieces was even slightly stuck to the bottom, but I didn't think anything more of it. If it was really intense, wouldn't hurt to mention it to Lego Customer Service so they can get the production code from your box and make a note of it.

Nice write-up, and nice ship! I like the cone pieces for the turrets on the sides; kind of a minor detail but adds a lot of additional character.
-
Impressive. I appreciate that you took the time to capture the hump of the boiler that could have easily been ignored. Great build!

Yes- never enough in the way of Star Trek MOCs! I've been tinkering with a runabout for a while in my very limited free time. Maybe I should make some microscale stuff to scratch the itch... What else do you have in the way of Lego Federation hardware?

The court does look a little rough from all that play! Some really nice details you've added in there, but I especially like the effort you put in to make the net sag in the middle, and the way you did the covered trash cans. Great build!

This sounds amusing and interesting! The paperclip/upload option on Eurobricks that I think you're talking about re:image quality is only for very small images to be used in your signature line here on the board. For sharing photos of MOCs, etc., you'll want to use a 3rd party service and I think most folks would recommend Flickr, if not using a Lego-focussed image hosting service. Here's a tutorial on linking/embedding Flickr images in your posts: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/97921-flickr-tutorial/

Nice. NPU on the tree and for the wheels & tire on the car with those printed 1x1s. The rock work for the base is nice too.

Looks great, and nice interior. The exterior shaping in particular is great, and I like what you did with the headboards for the beds.
