Lego technic is more than just motors,where are your liftarms,pins,connecters..etc? Surely it would make better sense to buy parts as you need them and not in one big lot?

How about using some rigid hose attached underneath to the 'tower',the only problem with this is that the wheels you are currently using are a little too small (the internal width) to prevent the carriage coming off or getting stuck. -

I said that the should be made the same way with to threaded end parts. -

What I would like is if you could only make the top and bottom with a thread fitting so we could use brass tubing to screw onto each end to make the size we need. The internal part should be the same way.
