Large Technic Sets
Alasdair Ryan replied to Phantom59's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I don't think so,I would expect it to be one of the semi trucks with their trailers. -
You need to tweak those doors a bit as the top carve looks out of place.

Hello Charles, welcome to the forum. Have you tried using the bent liftarms for the wheel-arches or the bent connectors? I like to use those myself. Good luck with the rest of the build.

I am still building..... For my college project I made a example of a mini excavator undercarriage using my custom made three function driving ring. I don't plan to build it yet, since there are some better models I would like to to first. Here is a drive train render: You can download a MPD file here (The file is not stepped or ordered). If you would like to purchase my custom made driving ring for yourself then head over to my bricklink shop.

Hello guys I am in need of some help,I always get error messages with pov-ray which indicates that it is having problems changing the colors of the parts. Here is where I run into problems: #include "lg_defs.inc" #include "lg_color.inc" If I remove the code it will then ask me to start removing the colors and then the parts themselves.

Help With MLCAD
Alasdair Ryan replied to -Horizon-'s topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
Mlcad has three different grid settings which you can adjust the amount of degrees/movement that the brick moves. You can find these three settings (coarse, medium, fine) in the tool bar. -
LIC- Lego Instructions Creator
Alasdair Ryan replied to Chas's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
I just tried it out,It seams quite good. I have made a tutorial in my Blog about using buffer exchange. If you create your arrows as parts, and then import them into LIC then you should be able to create some nice instructions using copy/drag commands. -
