  1. Good luck with your school business! Hope that you keep the promise of visiting from time to time...
  2. As expected, no buyers for this castle :-)
  3. Well Aaron ;-) , its a good idea to make a progress thread. I'm very interested to follow your progress. You are making a big ship. Do you have all the piece you need or will you have to do some buying?
  4. Another beautiful pirate set! But I would like to see some more pictures from different angles. The prison-door seem to be faced towards the sea. Is there another door on the other side of the building?
  5. This discussion is going rather off topic I would say.... So back to the topic, it would be super to get another castle theme next year. But do we have any facts?! Where does all this info come from? Does anyone have a (reliable) source? Note: First time I hear about Brickwiki. Eurobricks doesn't seem to be in the "websites" category yet 8-|
  6. Neil Young - Change your mind
  7. Cyndi Lauper - Time after time
  8. Welcome to the forum Mr. Tiber :-D I just realize that I also didn't introduce myself when I signed up (was probably to shy). You contributed a lot in these 5 months *y*
  9. Well well, we have a nice off topic discussion here... I won't comment on it, not to get caught in this storm of words. But if Mr. Phes wanted to start a discussing, then he succeeded :-D
  10. That's a cheap way to build "Lego" ship! You will need to make it more realistic in your imagination when you're playing with this ship :) Is it not made of plasticine instead of cake? Are you hungry Mr. Norrington? I had never heard of Maj.com. There are some nice pics. Thanks Mr. Phes!
  11. Haha, I visited Cyprus some years ago, but I didn't go to Nicosia. I stayed in a hotel in Pafos. Nice island!
  12. I recently changed my mind on the Islanders by seeing some great MOCs on the forum (previously I didn't like them very much). But I still don't own any of the islander sets, so I'm not the big expert.
  13. Welcome Island boy! I always try to be nice to other people. I hope you enjoy yourself at the pirate forum and that you have some nice idea's and maybe some MOCs to share with us ;-)
  14. Checkout this ebay auction. Who can spend that much money on a castle? I'm anxious to see if it will get sold.
  15. I live in a small village called Nijlen. It is located in Flanders (Belgium) in the middle of nowhere, about 20km from Antwerp and 60km from Brussels. Next year I will be building a new house in my town (currently I still live with my parants). This is the info I found on wikipedia: Nijlen is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Antwerp. The municipality comprises the towns of Bevel, Kessel and Nijlen proper. On January 1, 2006 Nijlen had a total population of 20,864. The total area is 39.09 km
  16. Well, I'm planning (rather long term) to make a harbor or fortress myself, so I would like to experiment a bit with MLCAD. I never used it and still don't have it on my PC. Would you be willing to share your MLCAD designs of the harbor as an example and starting point (so I can import them) to do some experimenting?
  17. Your fortress is really one of the best I have seen. You are good in presenting it (good pictures). I was just wondering howmuch the pieces would cost on Bricklink to build "the side of the harbor featuring a stockade". Does your CAD program also provided building instructions?
  18. Yesterday I saw James Bond, Never say never again. An unofficial Bond movie with Sean Connery. Very entertaining!
  19. Coldplay - Clocks
  20. I remember some serious MOCs from Mr. Phes! Here's an example (his latest creation): Emperor Achu visits King Kahuka
  21. Now you are raising our expectations of your new ship Mr. ZCerberus! This is one of my favorite Lego heads. Very usefull as a general, admiral, captain. governor.
  22. Some more Jack Sparrow's are added to the library (designed by BS member Stewtrooper06). The library currently contains about 162 torso designs. Today I had to remove 1 link since it was no longer working. I'm thinking of storing them all locally on my PC as a backup... EDIT: I could find back the lost torso (Spanish Pikeman), the user had put it in another map in his BS folder.
  23. Those are some real Lego classics Mr. Hobbes! Does your wife have a sister :-D ?
  24. A ship on wheels *sweet* .... Good to see you've thought of such practical things.
