Did you already buy a Little Guy? After this commercial you will run to the nearest Lego shop and get one :-D Quicktime Large (24 MB) Quicktime Small (5 MB) Windows Media Large (23 MB) Windows Media Small (5 MB) A quote from the director:

I wish there was a pick-a-brick in Belgium... In the US there seem to be a lot of them. Don't understand why there are almost non in Europe...

Well, good morning :-D Take your time, this index is already looking great. About the banner: Might I suggest to make the title a bit shorter (Something like "The official Eurobricks pirates community BrickFilm index") and the letters a bit bigger. Reason I ask is because on my girlfriends crappy monitor it's a bit hard to read.

The ship looks soo much better now that is it's longer! And the cabin has enough room to have a ball :) . I'm amazed on the amount of bricks you have. What a collection you must own...

Nice army! The line infantry torso looks very good on a minifig! Can you give us some background regarding the events at fort malborghet? I never heard about that fortress. -
I'm very happy you did! The pirates forum is not only about pirates. The description on the EB-main forum is: But putting all that info in the name would be too long, so its just called "Pirates forum" :-D This ship can have sails and even without them it could fit under "Colonial history".

Having a link to both (title=thread, picture=youtube) was what I suggested. Maybe it was a bit unclear... But this seems like a better solution Mr. Phes. And this might give less confusion compared to my suggestion. What does Imperialscouts think?

This is looking very good!!! I realize there are some movies that I haven't watched yet. Some (small) remarks: 1) The title above the picture is a link to a EB discussion thread. Can you make the picture a direct link to the You Tube page where the movie is located? This way people can choose if they just want to watch the movie or discuss it. 2) In case you agree with 1), I suggest to add the other 2 pictures for the "Pirates of the Black Skull Series" so we have direct links to the entire series.

I didn't know that! Thanks Mr. Phes!!

Indeed, brickforge is a very valid candidate. I'll certainly contact them once I have an good feeling of the potential demand for shako's.

Welcome to Tom and Verena, the new EB couple! :-D
-
I don't know.... But I have seen clone brands with parts that look identical to the official Lego parts. That gives me hope!
-
I'm a member of the MCN forum. The purpose of this thread is to find out how much the demand is for shako's. With all this information, I will write a "business case" and send it to the people on MCN that produce and sell custom parts. When I contact them and can guarantee a considerable amount of sales, there might be a good chance to convince someone. The only problem could be that it is not allowed to produce an identical copy of the official Lego shako. But let's not get ahead of things.

Like this: [*img]<put here complete link to the picture>[/img*] --> remove the *'s Example: <put here complete link to the picture> should be replace by something link http://mywebsite/pictures/picture1.jpg But first your pictures must be on the internet. You can open an account on brickshelf to upload your pictures.

What would you pay extra for the box
Bonaparte replied to Bonaparte's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Please throw them in my direction :-D I think that most of the parents throw away the boxes of their kids Lego once they are opened. -
That's exactly what I was thinking. Since there will only be a few pirate movies (probably around 5), the presentation is important. I can think of things like screenshot(s) for each movie, a short summary of the story, who are the main characters in the movie, ... But I have full confidence in ImperialScouts to make this a great index!

I haven't seen many users that are only a member for less than a month get a title on this forum. But in your case an exception was needed! From now on you are our Chief Torso Designer!!!

Now he probably only cares about girls and beer X-D Sails will be the last thing on his mind...
-
Just go ahead! Once you have made the index, I'll add it to the index-overview and the classic-pirates portal.

Impressive Mr. Morgan! This decal is very useful as a pirate torso. I hope you don't mind me putting it in The great pirate torso LIBRARY...

The Legofreak posted some nice Confederate decals on CC. The Brickshelf gallery containing the actual decals.
