UORT MK2 - Attachment - Cherry Picker I would like to present my latest Utility Offroad Truck (UORT) mk2 attachment, this is an improved cherry picker attachment. It attaches to the rear mounting point. The turntable is controlled via the black gear on the side of the chassis. The black gear on the front of the cherry picker is used to raise and lower the arm. Overall I am very happy with how this has turned out, it is my favourite Utility Offroad Truck (UORT) attachment so far.

UORT - Attachment - Cherry Picker I would like to present my latest Utility Offroad Truck (UORT) attachment, this is a cherry picker attachment. It attaches to the rear mounting point and PTO. The turntable is controlled via the black gear on the side of the chassis. The red lever on the cherry picker is used to raise and lower the arm. It features a fold down leg to help keep it stable when fully extended, when this is raised it is also used to lock the bucket in place for transport. Overall I am very happy with how this has turned out, it is my favourite Utility Offroad Truck (UORT) attachment so far. What are some ways in which you have made the LEGO hobby fit within your life? This is me, sitting in my car, designing and building a C model of set 42133, while my daughter attends her dance class.

UORT - Attachment - Pull Along Mower I would like to present my latest Utility Offroad Truck (UORT) attachment, this is a pull along mower. It attaches to the rear mounting point and the blades are powered by the wheels. On the drawbar is a connector to lock the blades in the raised or lowered position as needed. I have recently spent some time designing and building my latest MOC, this is a C model hook truck, built using the parts from LEGO Technic set 42133. It has two features: - Hand Of God Steering, via the knob under the cabin roof - Rear arm lifts and extends, this is controlled via the knob on the rear of the truck body. Overall I am happy with how it has turned out and how the features work, I didn't have many parts left over and both the features work well. Push Mower Issues

Thanks for the suggestions, I am going to swap this to get the power from the truck itself. -
Push Mower Issues
Paul B Technic replied to Paul B Technic's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Thanks, I was thinking I might need to swap it to be rear mounted and have it swing. Ideally I was planning on it doing that, but if I can't, happy to look at some other options. -
I am building a MOC push along mower for my UORT. What I have found is that as the model turns, the wheels skid and don't turn. One wheel is connected to a set of gears, which is used to make the blade spin. The other wheel is connected separately, no diff is in use. Do I need to make the attachment turn at the same time, maybe connecting this to the front wheeel, so it is controlled? If I mount this on the rear with a ball joint, it works as I expect but if I do this on the front, the mower just moves around, even if I drive it straight. Video: https://paulbtechnic.blogspot.com/2024/05/push-mower.html Any advice or ideas would be much appreciation.

Icekusbe's MOC yard
Paul B Technic replied to icekusbe's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Nice work. I feel the wheel base is a little short, given the size of the wheels. -
UORT - Attachment - Plough I would like to present my latest Utility Offroad Truck (UORT) attachment, this is a Plough. It attaches to the rear mounting point and PTO and is controlled via the black gear on the side of the chassis. Photos: https://paulbtechnic.blogspot.com/2024/05/uort-attachment-plough.html
