    You must check to have selected the same channel on the PF receiver and on the remote. On the remote you have to use the right color speed regulator (red or blu) because the motor is connected only to one color of the PF receiver. You can also verify if the motor is ok connecting directly the motor to the battery box (and pressing the power on)
