I have a store with many items already in the inventory. Can I move existing items in the inventory into a new bulk lot?
-
I would like to pick this set up tomorrow, we will see. I once again am impressed with the amount of new building techniques and details in this set. Look at the doorbell that doubles as a coat rack on the back side. Look at the technique used to hold the pets sign together. Look at the drain spout. Look at the paint roller. Look at all the new blue. Look at the transparent minifig head as a flower pot, and the reintroduced windshield for a fish tank. Look at the new toilet design. Jamie Berard (and team) once again delivers!

Happy mothers day to your wife! Great steal, finds like this are hard to come by.

I find it interesting that the new modular is at the closest end of the street on the back. I thought that LEGO wanted a corner building to always be available so that it could cap off the end.

Something Wrong with my screen?

I have found this to be annoying, and humorous at the same time. I am leaning toward annoying now. Either way, well done guys. You know there are only 10 types of people on these forums. Those that understand binary, and those who don't. -
My 9 year old just finished a book report and creative project for a book entitled Mint Cookie Miracles by Nancy S. Levene. In our house a creative portion of any school project, usually involves LEGO. The book is about a girl and her cat Nicodemus. The bridge, shed, house and the boy in the river are all elements that where pulled from the story. I helped, but she did well over 75% of this project.

...orange tiles, while nothing new, are welcome; the 1x3 arch I haven't seen before, and neither the 2x1 red plates with... That piece is older than most members here. Great review! I actually like the large plates, there is a lot more reuse that the strange width and onesideness of the base plates.

Now that I see this again, I was not as close as I thought. Memory is a funny thing. Of course I will be getting this set. Also, well done keeping images from leaking for so long LEGO!

Acquire the 15,000+ blocks. Do you have the $2,000 to invest? Start to copy his design section by section. This is where the answer is less useful. The average LEGO builder, in my opinion, would spend 60+ hours reproducing that castle. And that is if you have all the needed pieces ready to go. My advice: you should start with something smaller and more achievable. That is a nice castle, I understand your desire to reproduce it. -
I think you have another 4-8 months to get the FB. I am surprised to hear the news about the 10th! Great news.

Pros and Cons of the various types of trains.

Would you recommend the rechargeable battery packs for one jut getting into trains? How long do the AAA batteries last in the 7898? -
Keep us updated with progress and pics!
-
Absolutely! I have been lurkling on these train forums for a while, but my town, star-wars and castle themes are already too much. Can I afford to take on a fourth theme? The better question, do I have room for another theme?

I received my 1/2 of our trade. The packaging and LEGO was in good condition. Thanks! -
They where available for a very short time at that new price. You need to improve your script my friend.

I did not notice the blue on the sides, that would be very nice indeed. Also, there are snakes and a fish included. Like this. I think afolcon is the logical reveal, is it not?
-
I expect the set to be revealed at the convention this weekend.

Many thanks! Too bad the death star is sold out. I will have to settle for the Dropship with AT-OT Walker (10195) x2. -

Best place to buy castle minifigs?

I just spent an hour or so looking on bricklink for 50-100 kingdom figs. By time you add armor, weapons and such you are talking $4+ a fig. I will have to wait for a battle packs I guess. If a battle pack does not come out in the next year, I will be picking up a dozen of 7949 and a dozen of 7950. EDIT: http://www.amazon.com/LEGO%C2%AE-Kingdoms-Outpost-Attack-7948/dp/B003F7TODY/ref=pd_bxgy_t_img_c is on sale, mmmm... -
True, but we are lazy Actually a tag would add a consistent look and usage. Also true. I would love to see this implemented to show just the name/number, then on a hover a small set details would pop up with the picture and some details, similar to your set index page, but much smaller. If there was a sexy popup with details, it would get noticed. And I expect users would adopt it. I would think that bricklink images would be preferred, as they are less of a competitor than brickset.
