$200, funny guy. It would be tough to scale it down to that price point. This will go nowhere I am afraid. For the record TLG, I would pay $1000+ for that set as is. -

Is this the motor you used? Also, is there a reason you chose to use the non rechargeable packs? -

How about a republic gun ship? It's used, complete without box. -
You can't break down Cafe Corner. If you want bricks, sell it and buy 5x as many.

I found that taking sets apart then in a Baggie, then in a tub works best for us. We then tape a picture of the set on the tub. We also have a list posted on the wall with all sets and the tub #.

Same. Actuall, all modified 1x2 with a clip are in a drawer.

It is also absent from this quarters catalog. Get it while you can.

Not to sound liKe a party pooper, but a "shed" sounds like a horrible idea. Isolated away from everyone in a small 25x25 shed in the back yard. The heat and cod, the moisture, the critters... You can't find any room inside?

With no figs and no instructions that is a so so deal. If you do pick it up I may have an extra set of instructions laying around.

We have four for the first time. -
Yes, this is strange and I did not expect to see 4 available at once. Although, I suspect that the FB sold better so an extra production run was added. We may also be seeing a new marketing strategy by LEGO and there will always be 3-4 buildings available at any given time. Interesting to speculate. Anyhow back to talk about the TH, which I just picked up today

10197 will take 2+years to get over $300, that's my prediction. That set had a couple more production runs than any previous modular. -
Buying and Selling UCS sets

I do this to support my hobby addiction. Although it is not as lucrative as you may think. You need to store for a long period of time; 1 year or more, usually more. You also need a safe place to store. You also have to take the time to list, sell and ship. If you are going to do it the UCS sets are a safe bet. But it has been mentioned, more and more people are doing it, and more supply will lower the price. Which is a good thing for LEGO fans everywhere.
