    Funny, I never knew LEGO was kid friendly ? Oh, wait I had town sets back in 1980 when I was a kid, but I do understand your point......some sets do seem a little childish.....though watch some Adam West Batman and you might see a connection with childish/childlike.

    These creator shop designs are like an introduction to modular building....the same idea as to smaller technic sets as compared to the larger more expensive and power functioned sets. The creator series started this year would need to be increased in size of them to make them match the expert modulars.

    True, I've had a funny feeling about Honda for years now.......about two years ago I had a Cuusoo project canned by Lego......it was a Honda bike dealership building.

    Now I forgot to give a description of the office elements.......the safe containing Candy Studs best actress award and her silver tiara she wore to the awards night. On his desk sits a two tone candlestick telephone......his only communications device for his clients......legal and illegal. The spear sitting in the corner came from his recent but first trip to Africa......partly to do with sourcing new suppliers for his candy empire. Now I have made the hardware store drawers another row higher, but I guess Elliot needs a ladder in there now to reach them........oh, yeah I had to lower the height of the counter a plate thickness so he could reach the tilt keys ! I'll try and have some more photos up......plus a bit more story later today......keep watching !

    You have a good point there.......no door on that kitchen area means the smell of baking could drift down the staircase, depending on the draft in the stairwell. If Ace had a dog, the case would be cracked in under ten seconds.......dogs smell better than us of course and they love food ! Ah, now if the lady in red is wearing perfume and that letter is scented then he might not smell the candy/cookie production going on ?

    Maybe that's why we haven't seen a police station or bank.......only petty crime (illegal candy production) is aloud in the modular world ?

    Well the designs of the sets would have been locked in maybe around late 2013/early 2014 so production of sticker sheets and any new parts could begin. So a Honda might still be a year or two away.

    Thanks 'Legogal' and 'eurotrash' for your kind words. It's sad to see the small hardware stores disappearing.......some still survive but near my home I just have Bunnings warehouses to go to. Update time....... Well that's it for this MOC, I have no more cash to make changes. So I'm not sure if I'll be doing any fresh builds before 2015...... Anyway, Brick On everyone !
