    Ah, but remember how many Harry Potter and Batman minifigs we have had.......what's wrong with a clone army of Shaggy's and Scooby's eh ?

    Oop's.......er, 4512 cars had a two stud wide section at the top.........the ones featured in the video is 4 stud wide plus the colours and features on said boxcars aren't the same.....I guess the artists involved in that video production might have taken inspiration from that train or might they actually be boxcars from the heavy haul train ?

    There is no contest between comparing TMNT and SD......Scooby has been around long than the turtles by a decade and a half or so. It's possible that the length of the theme has already been worked out with or without a extension clause (maybe longer if sales are awesome). Though my gut says this will work better than Speed Racer and perhaps many of the Disney licenses (excluding Marvel of course, that is a huge Lego cash cow).

    My gut tells me it might be a bit different in the front.....we have had a lot of new windscreen, etc., components produced in the last five years, yep that old tram is five years old this year. Doesn't time fly eh ?

    Well.....that's what 3677 was back in 2011 so maybe, though the term heavy haul train is still a little generalised ?

    Ah, any and all POTC talk gets done in the pirates forum.......and anyway, only the ships sold well......there were that many mill sets the stores couldn't give them away so I doubt we'll see other wave again......but Lego and Disney might have plans who knows.

    Plus there was never really a ghost or monster or alien or whatever just someone in costume getting trapped in the end.......so generic ghost is perfect for a regular minifig to pretend to be a ghost right.....?

    Maybe Lego are going to rotate castle and pirates every two years or something......who knows Roman and wild west might appear down the track as well ? Though looking at the new pirate sets as compared to the 2009 ones - they don't look as detailed in construction so hopefully castle still has a lot of building.....no juniorisation !

    Thanks 'Captain Braunsfeld' for your kind words, yeah I might need that luck I'm getting older ! I have spent an 1/11 of my life on Eurobricks.....more time spent here than at High School. Well, I'm on my way 20007 this post is. Many of you weren't around here when I started.....and I forgot to post the time I tried building a shopping centre......and the word was tried !     Oh, dam it.......someone said "Deliverance" before me......seriously he does look a little like Burt ? Thanks 'Fangy' for the review......I wasn't going to consider any of the swamp cop sets.....but this one, the figures might be handy and that's the only good thing about it - four minifigs for a low price ! I forgot to add there a croc too.......best value set of the new starters. Brick On Review On 'Fangy' !

    For post number........ I thought I would talk about the evolution of New Mannum. Okay, the name.....well, I'm a Buck Rodgers fan and in the early 80's TV series all of Earth's cities had New in front of their names....i.e. New London. Now that's the new part explained, the name Mannum is from the South Aussie river town that my family moved to in 1840 and helped build it. Hence since I'm building mine, add New and Mannum together......presto New Mannum. So back in late 2009 we started with this...... Not long after.....only about two to four months a complete rethink....the first of many took place Though changes happen again and again at Christmas 2010...... After Railshow 2011 I went a little crazy on the town's layout...... Late 2011 Mid 2012 saw the beginning of the 8x16 tiled roadways..... 2013 came along...... 2014 saw even more changes...... I was still restless in 2014...... And now 2015......... I guess I might never finish New Mannum or ever be 100% happy with it......though it's current layout works the best transport wise and it has a small country town feel like my very first one did back in late 2009. So here's to my next 20000 posts on Eurobricks.......Brick On and Keep Watching !

    Just a written update till Tuesday....that's when I'll be MOC'ing again. Planned now is a covered area for the BBQ and picnic table, installing mounting points for the power poles and fix up white fencing.....now any fresh ideas or suggestions I'm always free to hear them.........Keep watching.
