  1. Atramor nodded to Boomingham as he said his goodbyes, but no audible reply came, only swallowing yet another mouthful of rum. He was still quite unsure about his opinion on his former party leader. Friendly enough, easy to get along with in the hall, but as a Questmate....it was a very different situation.
  2. Damn it. It's funny, because I knew I was going to forget that roll when I chose you. You can remove that misc. stuff. That was just for me to keep track of what you had in-Quest.
  3. Not really. It sounds to me like she's stating her stance on this issue.
  4. My thoughts as well. I think people were making assumptions based on (what I think was) a bit of roleplaying, and to avoid denying them, she simply went along with it. Not to defend her, but frankly, Trisha's relatively new to these sorts of games (sick and twisted as they are ) and it's just weird to claim in such a way on Day One, much less a role so odd.
  5. I really like all these figs, one of the best series so far, but I'm very disappointed in the distribution. If they would keep the figs from 3-5 of each per box, it would've been far more even. I'm glad they chose some of the army builders for the most common figs, but there they're too common, making other figures even more rare.
  6. Back in the days of Bionicle I did this all the time. Every single set (canister) the exact same price and style, and there were always six to choose from, though I almost always just got one. I would sit there for half an hour trying to decide.
  7. Atramor took a deep swig of rum, and paused, looking around suspiciously. "...Wait, didn't we already...? ....Nawww."
  8. I like Patricia as well. I can't imagine most people in IC do, but you can't have a corrupt security force without a gruff no-nonsense leader determined to root it out.
  9. I don't think that section even exists yet. Jeez, will you people let me merge my posts? Oh. The wording led me to believe that the weapon would just be imbued with an element for the attack, so that it would cause half damage in the back row unless using a ranged weapon (IE, a broomstick). In that case, yeah, it's kind of overpowered.
  10. I would put Wren under Need to Know, for Quest 53.
  11. Yeah, Zepher, you forgot someone. Random Teuthisal - Teuthisal - Rogue Lion Knights Appeared in: Quest 31 This Random Teuthisal fought in one of many skirmishes with the Lion Knights on the outskirts of Dastan, and the sole of survivor of one such skirmish, the opposing force of which was led by the Heroes of Quest 31. When interrogated, he denied any information related to the Rogue Lions' activities, and soon after took his own life with the unwitting assisstance of Arthur Justus Regulus VII, who later devoured his corpse. I want to see Umbra Shadeaux featured again.
  12. Doesn't matter, he didn't say Galen exhibits body language suggesting that Proggs are freaks.
  13. I have absolutely no idea. I based it roughly on when Fall actually started, but the document was outdated by the time the Quest started, I had forgotten to update it.
  14. Sounds fun. In a way that's completely expected when you're repairing fences, of course....
  15. Thanks. And no, you exhausted just about all the content.
  16. Atramor looked up just in time to catch the dark gem. "Thanks, mate."
  17. Chalvo accepts the gold, with a nod, and the heroes depart for the hall. THE QUEST IS SUCCESSFUL! Aveal, when you return, please choose whether or not to return 50 gold in exchange for Ji Pei reputation.
  18. You have good reputation with the Ji Pei, and now you have neutral reputation with the Bonapartes. Yes, but you have to pay 50 gold to have the Diamond removed.
  19. When Evokers miraculously get to attack with an Extra Critical Hit in addition to rolling a Shield, yeah.
  20. "No. The only thing for me to do is send them back to Tritech. But you can believe after this mess, I'm not shipping devices as sophisticated as this by sea anymore..." He nods towards Thalion and De'kra as they hand over the gold. "Thank you, this will very much help in repairs. Perhaps I judged you heroes too hastily...if the Ji Pei need any more assistance for your organization, I'll make sure your names are brought up. Oh, and this isn't quite a failure...the cost to repair, while certainly puts a dent in our profits, is nowhere near the loss we would've taken if the automaton had been lost entirely."
  21. I'll fight you all for it. I have a proven method to getting rid of uncooperative heroes.
  22. Chalvo sighed. "I've done a little investigation into this Operire group, and it does fit that they're a front for the Bonapartes...I'll consider using this Magpie to ship things in the future, I suppose, but the last thing I'm likely to give away right now is gold. These parts are going to have to go straight back to Tritech...have it completely rebuffed...." He trails off into a mutter. "Well, I suppose you did your job well enough, but considering how...mangled these parts turned out....I have my doubts we'll be hiring you in the future. Still, I suppose I don't have the right to deny you compensation in its entirety..." He takes the Parts and Diagrams, and hands over 100 gold to each member of the party. Since the parts are damaged, you can either take the 100 gold and have no increased reputation with the Ji Pei, or give up 50 for the reputation. And after that, you can head back to the hall.
  23. Arthur divides the last of the loot, and everyone returns their items to their respective owners. The Bonapartes lying in a heap on the ground were gone, but Chalvo remained. "You've already got it?" He looks delighted when he sees the parts, but his face falls when he noticed the damage. "Sweet Ennoc, what's happened?" What will the party say?
  24. Berserker's definitely needs to be fixed up a bit. I'm okay with Mystic Knight's, the reason being is that if you don't have a broomstick (Cinna is the only one lucky enough to be using one as a main weapon) all that damage is halved.
