Wren was all about pure Chaos, though.

Yeah, Chaotic doesn't necessarily mean pure Chaos in this context.

Whatever the hell she was, she was crazy and powerful and wanted to destroy stuff for the sake of it being beautiful in her eyes. Following her isn't a great way to try and save anything.
-
He's plenty smart, just often very illogical when it comes to trying to save stuff. You can't save a city by destroying it over time, you can't do it by trying a depose a god of chaos, and you certainly can't do it by worshiping a goddess that fully admits she want to sow all the chaos she can.
-
He's assuming it'll be destroyed on a bunch of religious literature and demonic grimoires that I can't recall him ever having even read. That's fine, but when he tries to take matters into his own hands and threaten an entire city to try and save it from a threat nobody even knows is coming, he comes off as looking completely insane. 'Let's light a bunch of small fires so that we'll be used to it when we're all consumed in a burning inferno.' That's not how Heroica operates, their job is to keep it from happening in the first place.

"He ain't much of a talker. I prefer it that way. Mephisto's a real bastard, but his...current form, I guess, is pretty useful."

It's a freaking flamethrower. What else is there to say? It's both an amazing model and amazingly functional. Love the use of the Lewa mask as pauldrons.

Awesome. But I think the Unarmed Pog should arm himself with the disarmed target's arms, even in the case that the arms are still in the armed hero's arms when they've been disarmed, or maybe he disarms the arms and use the disarmed, unarmed arms as arms. Hell, maybe he could arm the unarmed arms with another hero's disarmed arms. Maybe he arms each disarmed arm with a different arm just so they'd make better arms.

Atramor laughed at Guts' remark. "Ya'd think they'd go for the rogue more often, hah. Sure ain't how it works where I come from. There, it's the alcoholic pirate on the left, or the back-stabbin' thief on the right, no noble warriors 'round to sweep 'em off their feet. Of course, there ain't exactly any princesses there either." The witch reached back towards the bar, scooping up yet another bottle of rum as he nodded at Hybros. "It ain't much anymore. No different than the other hundred such places 'round the world. Dunno where ya' came from? If I had to take a guess, I'd wager you were more likely summoned than born...no offense, mate," added Atramor, in response to the imp. He then turned his head to Tarn as he went to go see Docken, and gave the raider a nod. "Aye, they'd probably be happy to have ya' back there for a while. 'Til then, plenty of other countries to save," joked the witch. --- Sign-Ups for Quest #82: Stop the Presses Maurice Ratibor, Level 22 Paladin Jon 'Sarge' Mcency, Level 18 Witch Hybros, Level 26.66 Assassin Guts Holla, Level 27.33 Raider Arasmyth RuGard, Level 15.5 Evoker Jeaux Elmfyre, Level 15.5 Evoker

Everyone gets 100 gold and a Grand Elixir, that's the Quest reward, not loot. -
He won it in the Lottery.
-
"That she was, mate, assumin' that's what she referred to." Atramor polished off his drink, leaving the empty bottle on the table. "Maybe ya' should pay her a visit onna these days."
-
Atramor chuckled. "I'd say that if I survive it's because of me, not because of the gods, but I'll admit I do seem to have lived longer than I woulda' thought considern' how much crap I tend to get into." McCafferey bawked loudly. The witch knew it wasn't meaningless, but paid it no mind. "Ah, the three of us are at least a little Roguish, we'll live long enough s'long as we know there's a bit of coin to be made or drinks to be downed the next day."
-
And the free meal. Yeah, rushing a Quest doesn't do anyone any favors. I forgot how fun roleplaying in the Hall was when it's got more people in it.
-
"Don't imagine parties with rich folk bein' very good. Ya' haven't been to a real one unless there's at least a dozen wasted, dirt-poor pirates there." Atramor nods back at Nyx, and takes a sip of rum before scratching his chin. "Though they're generally a little more violent when that's the case. Guess that's half the fun of it, though." The witch shrugged, pulling some chicken feed out of his cloak and pouring a handful of it on the table. McCafferey fluttered down from the rafters a moment later to peck at it idly. He looked up as Guts took a seat, and gave the aging raider a nod and a slight grin. "Aye. Either of us seem like the type to die that easily?"
-
Oh, I thought you were referring to the quoting of the PM chain between three players. Nevermind.
-
In Kadabra's defense that's not a standard rule in mafia games, I would've assumed it was fine unless it was specified in the rules.
-
I couldn't even begin to guess, and I've been following it along fairly closely.
-
"Edge of Dreida Bay. One of the nameless shanty towns that probably ain't there anymore. 'Pirate haven' is closer to the mark, though. You?"
-
Atramor glanced over his shoulder, at the (currently dim) blue end of the Pheles Rod, then turned back to Hybros, swallowing some more rum. "More useful than I thought...ironic, since its main purpose is to get me killed. And I know that feelin' pretty damn well. That's why I try not to trust anyone anyway. Where I come from it's just the fastest way to a knife in your back."
-
"Damn right we did," agreed and interjected Atramor, pulling a seat up to the table, drink still in hand. Ordinarily this wasn't his style, but he knew each hero sitting there well enough. "And how was this party, mates? Must've been good, ya' look like ya' had enemies bleedin' all over ya'," he chuckled, waving a hand at Hybros' vivid red clothing.
