Inanimate machines aren't dead, so necromancy doesn't apply to it.
-
True, but that's not what a necromancer does.
-
Yeah, this doesn't make much sense for half-type enemies. Ororo for example, looks like a pretty ordinary person that should be able to revived as an undead. And I have had several part-mechanic enemies that are really also just normal people with some super heavy armor. I would at least drop the bit where this effects multi-type enemies.

Whoo. Wouldn't be Star Wars without him.

The face is just way too tall for it to be two pieces, from what I can see. His forehead is where the orcs' hairpiece is. I really hope I'm wrong. One piece for it is just silly.

If they make it out of the desert I'll probably just get eaten by a stray demon and randomly appear in the ruins later on. But Namyrra's been there before, I doubt Nyx would leave him in the middle of the desert, and Docken knows the speed and ease of battles will increase with the number of participating heroes, so they'll go get him eventually.

Yeah, it was a neat and fitting special and all, but missing out on experience and having nothing to do for who knows how long isn't exactly fun.
-
Alright, cool. I just wasn't sure if it was an actual attack, or something like Grim Reaper or Internal Conflict.

Hex one enemy. You have no idea how good you have it.

I read this a couple months back, I really enjoyed it. Might just have to again to get familiar with the source, but I can recall most of these scenes, and it's quite interesting to see them in real bricks. I love the whole jungle setup.

Jeez, that's a tough one. Atramor generally just ignores his failures. Doesn't understand why everyone dwells on them and go on and on and on and on and on about them. But he's had a lot of failures. His biggest was probably leaving Triad to die. There's no two ways about it; it was completely his fault. Wasn't because of the dice, the circumstances, or the plot. Cruel irony of it is that the Witch's Shield roll was later changed, during that Quest. If the change had occurred before that fight, I would've risked staying.

For specially-made artifacts, yes, agreed.

Haven't bought any Star Wars LEGO in roughly three years, but I'm very tempted now. This looks like a pretty spectacular wave, all the sets just look excellent.

I think the 10 Quests requirement is plenty reasonable. Interestingly you must have successfully completed 10, a detail that I missed before. Maybe this'll teach some of those backstabbers out there.

Heroica RPG - Quest #85: Visions of an Unblinking Terror
CMP replied to Sandy's topic in The Heroica Archive
Atramor took one last look around and grumbled. "Screw this. I ain't gettin' anywhere sittin' here." He uncorked his canteen, and poured one Phoenix Essence into it. "Phoenixes live in deserts, right? Hell, if it don't work, 'least it'll be easy enough to revive me..." The regulator gave the Pheles Rod a final, suspicious glance before picking it up and trying to retrace his footprints as far as he could before passing out. Worth a shot. -
It's not exactly relevant yet, but is Rogue Thief's Shield considered a physical attack? The wording of the stealing health has me a confused. Mug was considered one, I know that much. I think it would be, but I'm unsure.

Just look at how his eyebrows are done. There's no printing there, it leads right into his hair and the dark tan edges around the entire face. I really hope this doesn't become a common thing with complex head or hairpieces. It's practically unusable otherwise.

Host Guts and/or Hybros, then you can decide who's the most powerful player in the game.
-
Sort of. Participants are each randomly assigned a specific person they then have to design the piece of equipment for.
-
Nice. AOEII castle always looked pretty cramped, but it's definitely imposing, and you've captured that well.
-
Yes, we all know how just much mobility is important when you're fighting floors. They're pretty quick little bastards.
-
It's been months and I'm still processing how exactly how that happened.

Ah. Well, here's my 2013 Grogmas forecast. 1. The Second Orcish Invasion. 2. Proggs massacre invading humans and eternal cripple their relationship with humanity. 3. I kill Byblos. I mean, demons. Looks like we're forming traditions.

What was so horrible about it? Other than the Yeti Fur Coat?
-
Son of a bitch, I completely forgot his was an orc thing. :wall: Well, it'll be a hell of an interesting Grogmas in Baltarok this year.
