I think MM will be short lived. i don't even know why they bothered with the 2 new sets. anything, even the foot pump large set, is better than the 2 new sets. i looked at the transforming craft and the mining craft and go....what the....d'oh! how did they go from something so good as the space police, blacktron, to alpha team then even more backwards with those 2 sets. :-P the trike was okay. so was the armadillo driller but the use of large plane sections for the mid section and a lack of posterior when the little craft at the back took off kinda killed it for me but nothing says reject quite like the small mining craft. :-P even the crew looks weird. they had to recycle an old alpha team head. yuck! seriously...if they want better space sets they gotta stop using reject parts. i say get rid of MM and AR, and bring on pirates and romans! *y*

i think you mistaken me. tuesday morning is the name of a retail store. :-P they were selling batcave sets for $30. :-P i just thought you are going to visit the store at some point.

i saw the two new MM, two EF, the police copter and the basic construction crew sets in TRU but no castle yet. the tank costs $30. there is another ef set though that i saw in TRU, the storm lasher. parts about 235 and costs $20. it merges with the other robot set, panther something, to form a humanoid mech, which looks kinda cool. instruction will be made available from the lego EF website. what's really interesting about storm lasher is the dragonfly mini-bot. it's the coolest construction yet. and i just like the spinning blades. i didn't buy the set and didn't have a camera cell phone. sorry. :-$ oh...and it seems the chars all had a make-over. they now have a weirder cartoon portrait. you can see ryo and keiken in that screenshot. you can see the rest when other members buy the set. :-P sorry, i didn't get one.

you didn't see the new fighter craft? MX-41? it's quite hedious though. the cockpit is extended and it shrinks back in like a turtle. the wings are foldable to form the wheels. MM '08 sets are a joke. oh well more money for the good stuff. :-P the cockpit is crap. the pilot has to lie flat like the astro fighter. poor man can't even reach the controls. :-( unfortunately my cell phone doesnt have a camera so i couldn't take a pic. and i didnt want to buy it.

i hope they don't make oversized vehicles. the 06 batmobile is already bad as it is. i need to resize to fit my town. it's like freaking 12 studs wide. it takes over the entire 2 lanes and the side walks too. :-P if the tumbler is like 24 studs wide and 30 bricks high, i'm gonna pass. :-P but if it's done well, in MF/city town scale, then it'll be great. i just freaking hate the dino attack scale. :-P kinda why i think batman 06 failed and had to be sold at d/c in penny shops like tuesday morning and big lots. :-P i'm just being mean here but it's not too far from the truth. hehe... :-D

i would check out tuesday morning stores asap for a batcave. they should be selling for approx $30 right now. i bought out the store nearest my home last week as soon as they were out for sale (11/11). i got 5, and one other lady, who got there before me, bought the only other one. :-P

nah...batrail is an alternative model using parts from the battank and the batcopter. you can get the instructions from lego.com. just key in batrail as the secret code.

i would just wait. i think that if the rumored RGS is coming out summer 08, then probably will include ep2 clones.

well, a few are new. troll warrior (probably an impulse set?) knight & catapult skeleton chariot not sure what the diff is between troll assault wagon and troll battle wagon. dwarf mine defender is probably that little dwarf and catapult set.

should be in the same cycle. you should get them this month. if your magazine already arrived but the sets did not, i would give Customer Support a call. if both didn't arrive by nov 30, give them a call and they should send them over. was it the brickmaster program or just free lego magazine? not quite sure why there's free set involved. :-P not that i'm jealous or anything...just trying to understand if it's a one off event or will recur. did you get any free set for nov/dec? *wub*

brickmaster set for nov has arrived. not going to do a review because i think we already have one. it's the small city sets 4991 police helicopter and the 4992 fire boat. also available in europe from magic box/quick fastfood chain. it seems australians also received them in sep/oct free with their lego magazines (brickmaster too?).
