MMORPG will require sign up forms and subscription forms. do you have a credit card? well?? you will need your parents to sign you up and they will get your parents to verify your age. companies with mmorpg experience know to cover their megablocks. they won't let a kid sign up without having an adult (who can be traced using either CC no or SS no) verify in the first place. so this goes back to what i said earlier. if you want to play in the adult group, get your dad to sign you up in the adult group. :-P

hmm, i think it's a pretty poor decision though. you should maximize the BOGO 50% off. for $25 more (i.e. for $150), you can get 2 castle sets. even if you don't want the second, you can find a friend to sell or trade for the skeleton tower + a smaller set or two. but what is done is done. :-/ i usually buy multiples. >:-)

if that be the case, let's give them teepees for a home base set! :-P

i recalled feeling embarrass rummaging through the lego aisle trying to find the sets i need about a year ago. since then, i just pretend to be shopping for presents. :-P on topic: bought 13 more final joust over the weekend. :-P brings my total up to 35? hehe

i didn't know what rebo looked like tbh. :-P anyway, after seeing that pic found by sinner, here's my comment. i think it works better if you just focus on the head, i.e. remove that torso thingamagie.

i thought holiday train was built using the 9v platform? there's no conversion needed unless you plan on using the RC units instead.

was looking to get like 10 DM if they weren't sold out that quickly. :-P what can you do? it's the only set feasible to get them dwarves. until they come up with dwarf impulse set of course. i hardly have the room either, which is why most of them are in plastic containers. i currently put only the CC, ucs AT-ST, ucs MF and sail barge on display in the case. :-P

the container has all of the 07 sets including the new dwarf mine but excluding the SSA. 4 misb dwarf mine! lots of final joust and 1 skeleton carriage. entire collection including the second plastic container with KK2's dark fortress. :-P 2 x 6212 x-wings 3 x sail barge 17 x hoth base 1 x AT-AT hehehehe....boy am i bleeding from this year's christmas....gotta donate more blood for money! :-D

amazon buy 2 get 1 free lego promo i saw a few notable ones like y-wing, general grevious, ucs at-st, boeing 787, creator, avatar, sbsp, batcopter, exoforce, mars mission, aqua raiders, eiffel tower. then on 12/2 TRU will be having a mars mission, exoforce, city, aqua raiders and bionicle buy 1 get 1 50% off sale. go get them tigers! i got 3x y-wings and 3x GG sf. was on the fence w/ batcopter. :-P

it's a bit unfortunate but TS TRU was sold out on wed. so i only managed to get 17 sets. :-( i think it is partially my big mouth. if i hadn't mention about the restocking (since the store "sold out" tuesday...) perhaps the afols wouldnt have went back to buy even more sets. sucks. btw, it's not unusual for afols to collect more than 20 sets. i only got 17 because i need to travel home. if i were driving, i would have loaded as many as i can carry in my car. :-P

i recently won on ebay the eldorado for approx $90 incl shipping. supposedly in vg condition and complete with instructions. is that a good buy? what about the ITP? i did check BL price guide but not sure of the quality since they only show historic prices. the sets could be incomplete at $35. so who knows... :-/ little help here?

i thought tru ships for free during the holiday season? but you can also get it from the TRU @ times square for 199.

well it's $60+tax from TRU. so it has to go to $140 for me to make double (including paypal fees, ebay listing fees, etc). :-P but i kinda doubt it. the only rare mf from hoth is the k3p0. i doubt people want it so much they would pay $50 for one. cloud city is expensive because of lando and lots more other rare mf like fully decal'ed boba fett. but hoth basically has snowtroopers, rebel hoth troopers, luke (which is a dime a dozen) which are much more common. i think $100 on ebay is about as much as you can get for this set. i'll list a few of mine. :-P

well, it's not LE so there should be more. afterall, the word limited in "limited edition" should stand for something. :-D i would strongly urge you to instead order dwarf's mine if you still have it. it is limited edition, and already sold out in target stores and LSAH. this is a first for me. never have i seen any lego sets selling for only a 2-month period. 07 is indeed TLC's golden year. :-P i'm so caught by surprise over the hoth set and now dwarf's mine. i think for AT-AT they just didn't anticipate the demand. large sets usually sell slower. AT-AT is like $130 and should sell even slower than the cruiser as it's not a limited edition. i guess once christmas is over they will crank up production again on that set.

strange. it's not a limited edition in the US though. no LE print on the box. on the other hand, dwarf's mine is sold out. target too. only place now is from lego B&M stores. they have like stacks and stacks of them though. but if there's lots of AFOL poachers then expect to be sold out in like 3 days. :-D :-D

i could be wrong but i swear it looks metallic gold, not pearl gold. but it could be just the lighting effects. need to see if hinckley has the pearl gold armor and if he can do a comparison.
