LEGO Star Wars 2015 Pictures and Rumors
Aethersprite replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Agreed. I've had sets with missing parts before (my UCS Slave I... Ahem) and Lego promptly sent me the missing parts upon my notifying them. I have full faith in their customer service. -
His headsculpt is fantastic! I might pick this up based on that alone.

Star Wars Constraction 2016 Discussion
Aethersprite replied to Logan McOwen's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Kylo and Phasma are a given, I think, but I don't think the other human characters will translate very well into constraction. -
You're evil. That said, Jango is a nice surprise! His colour scheme is a little dull, but like you said, that's the fault of the character. It's nice that the missile on the backpack is actually launchable.

I love the number of sets! I just hope the Toa aren't rehashes of this year's sets. And hopefully Ekimu and Umarak (the Destroyer) are nice Titan-sized builds, we've yet to see those in Bionicle G2

Star Wars Constraction 2015 Discussion
Aethersprite replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Action Figures
That's great! Thanks. I'll definitely get Grievous, but still on the fence on Vader, though - the Technic build is impressive but it doesn't really show. I'll wait for Jang's review before deciding. -

Any hints to an interior for the Avenjet? Thanks for all this info btw, Hulk_Smash! Loving the Racers - though it's a little hard to believe we'll be able to get 2 main minifigs for USD$10. -

Does Vader have any stickers? Or are all his pieces printed? -
LEGO Star Wars 2015 Pictures and Rumors
Aethersprite replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Agreed, I'm now of the opinion that they're 2 different ships. In one of the teaser posters released earlier this year, Kylo Ren was posing next to a shuttle that closely resembles Lego's version, but in white. This could mean that this design already existed early on and that it's not the case where Lego was working off early concept art. EDIT: -
Thanks for the detailed reply! :) I'll try to make a trip down. I'd avoid WM if I could, but 75087 is exclusive there.

Takanuva plz. Give me my favourite G1 character and I'll promise to buy Lego forever. On a serious note (okay I'm pretty serious about Taka) - I'd love to see more vehicles/figures paired with 'beasts' used for transportation a la Nivawk or Cendox. I love humanoid builds but I'd really like to see more non-conventional builds, especially with the all the potential diversity the CCBS provides.

Ah, okay. Thanks for the tip! Unfortunately the set I'm looking for seems to be a Walmart exclusive, apparently - it won't be available in other shops other than official Lego shops, right? It's only available in official Lego shops in my country, I'm not sure how it works in the US.

Bump! Anyone?

Marvel Superheroes 2016 Rumors And Discussion
Aethersprite replied to Quicksilver's topic in LEGO Licensed
As long as the Avenjet has a nice interior (unlike the AoU Quinjet), I'm fine with it. Hyperion, though - I know close to nothing of the character. If I do get the set, I'll sell him. So... Are we getting Ms. Marvel, or Captain Marvel? I'm fine with either, but given that Captain Marvel is getting her own movie (and the high chance that she'll be in Infinity War), she's destined to get a minifig down the line. This would be a good chance to get Ms. Marvel instead. -

So to clarify - Carol is going to be in her Ms. Marvel outfit, not Captain Marvel, right? I don't watch AA so I'm not sure which version appears in the show, if at all. -
Hello! I'm currently visiting the States, in the Boston area specifically. Lego here is a lot cheaper than in my country, so I'm trying to find some hard-to-get sets. In particular, I'm looking for 75087 Anakin's Custom Jedi Starfighter. I'm aware that it's a Walmart exclusive, but I can't seem to find any Walmart stores nearby! In my country, this set is also available in Lego stores - are there any of these in Boston? Hope a local can answer some of my questions. Oh, and it'd be great if there are some The Force Awakens sets around, too! Thank you!

LEGO Star Wars 2015 Pictures and Rumors
Aethersprite replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
As much as I want it to, I doubt Kylo's shuttle's wings can fold out into a V - just look at where the wings connect to the body, I doubt a stable Technic assembly can fit in there. Plus, who knows - the movie design could've been changed to that of the Lego set for all we know. Nothing in the teaser trailers are really set in concrete anyway. -

Phenomenal. Why is Lewa Stark, though? -
LEGO Star Wars 2015 Pictures and Rumors
Aethersprite replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I'll get the X-Wing and the TIE for sure, but I'll see if my budget allows for the rest. I would get Kylo's shuttle, but the minifig just looks plain horrid, so that's an easy pass. -
Black and trans green? It reminds me of Umbra, in a good way! Let's hope the humanoid sets and Toa come with newer functions than just swinging arms.

I already have this set, but this entertaining review made reading it worth my while. I lost it at the 'outdoor' shot! -
LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
Aethersprite replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I'm looking at this objectively; I don't have the Final Duel set and won't be getting it. Unless (and unlikely) Lego releases something like a Cloud City duel set down the line, this is a good chance to get the new Vader. It's unlikely that Lego would put so many important characters in one small and cheap set, though; which is why I emphasise that I said I hope (however unlikely) Vader and Luke are included, not that I think they will be included. -

Looking forward to Obi's Eta-2, to go with my Anakin one from last year! And hopefully the other 2 figs in the carbon chamber set will be Vader and Luke. -
Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread
Aethersprite replied to Lance's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
Just binged the entire season and I have to say, it's the best one so far. Helps that the sets are my favourite wave thus far as well! I was quite disappointed with the Tournament of Elements but this season - going back to basics with the adventures centering around the 4 main ninja - really reminded me of why I fell in love with Ninjago in the first place. Can't wait for next season!- 4,591 replies

Thanks! Just saw it. The base looks good! Looks like we'll be getting the sliding doors, ion cannon, shield generator, and the front outpost. They'll go well nicely with last year's Snowspeeder! Do we have a price for this set, by the way?
