JunkstyleGio replied to JunkstyleGio's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
The owner of one of the local toy stores in my city told me that next thursday (december 1st) lots of new 1h2012 set will be arriving. On my question: "Will there be technic-sets on this?" She smiled mysteriously.... So I got my hopes up1 -

A different color always stands out in a crowd. And the grey wheels looked so much better with the yellow cabin. BTW the orange Unimog is still there... Here's a CollageI did on some of the projects i've done with the unimog so far. Watch out very large file, but lots of things to see!

This is how my streetsweeper-unimog is going to be on display this weekend at a Lego show in Belgium! I did a complete rebuild in yellow for the cabine and the bucket got a smal lid!

Did a LDD on the 9390 Minimog: LDD file available if wanted! This is such a cute model and the way the steering is so nicely done. It took me a while to undertand but I finaly made it! Made a physical model as well. But not in the correct colors... -
@ Sama: Would love to see more detailed pictures of the protoypes. And yes dropping the black rims was a bad idea! (Fortunately i have some myself..)

Very well done indeed! -
Sarcasm, I presume? Nice brochures by the way. This got me at least one brilliant idea! * calls lego direct promptly and orders a buckload of connectors and axles.*

Maybe this movie will get the inspirational juices flowing! "Unimog - Making agricultural logistics more cost-effective "

Both ZBLJ's model and T_tanks adaptation are very nice! They should both be added to rebrickable! -

@ Sama: Three cylinders in the Log Loader? Just count the studs and for me the logical conclusion is 4 cylinders! -
Getting the whole plow in orangs was my orignal idea. But it looked a bit overdone. I think it looks quite nicely in balance!

I got a few orange thingies as a present and so I did a little color restyling on my mog... BTW: has everybody lost their inspiration to build more attachments?
