  1. It always amazes me how some people can build with so little information. Well done indeed!
  2. It's either joining the jury or the participants for me. And eventhough I do MOC every now and then; I would better be of better use as an impartial judge.
  3. Today i made a phonecall with LegoDirect/Customer Service and asked them about the black technic bush. Not in store....
  4. * need more racing tyres* This is a great looking model. I realy love the connector-build frame a lot!
  5. Latst time I ordered them they were €1,79 per piece. BTW: An orange flatbed is kind of nice too!
  6. It's the 8458 Silver Sportscar (as made by Nathanael Kuipers), The 8466 and my modded Unimog. Hopefully this will give you some idea of how big these models are.
  7. Great work! Hope to see a movie soon. Keep up the good work.
  8. The Netherlands would gladly grant you asylum. And we got ESTEC! So that would be no problem if you were looking for a job...
  9. Check this out: Added some trinkets/greebles like footstands, handlebars, bigger headlight, radiator. Made the driverseat a bit longer and lowered the rearlights. Changed the frontfork to axle/connector version with mudguard but without loosing the "hockeyspring"function. Used the smaller wheels like DLuders did but i'm waiting for the DBG-version of it!
  10. Three for the price of one!
  11. Excellent design. Did a quick rebuild and it was great fun building it. Thanks dude!
  12. Probably many of us have hard copy's of the confidential models on their hard drive. What i'm waiting for is some new ones. But I gues we have to wait until the early toyshows.
  13. It nice to do a streetsweeper. I did mine already last november when i reversebuild the minimog.
  14. Info from the Alouette bulder which I 've taken from his bricklink page:
  15. Is there anybody who has got some pictures of the ready build alternates? Would love to see those!
  16. @ DLuders: The wheels don't fold completely back into the fuselage, but if thats the only setback... I'm happy with this mod for now.. Getting to fold the wheels completely in would mean a complete redesign of the model... Finding my photo in the Cult of Lego book was indeed a nice surprise. Too bad the info that came with it is from 2008... Now I have another favorite theme: LEGO TECHNIC!
  17. With just 7 extra pieces the 9394 Jet Plane stand two studs higher and looks so much better.
  18. @ Grohl: Thanks for the video's; I guess they are the coolest (9394)and cutest (9390) of the 1h 2012 sets. In my opinion both have some (minor and easily mod-ed) flaws but they but are both really cool starter-models.
  19. Excellent MOC! Would love to see some of the "internals". But please resize you picture to 800x600pix...
  20. I'm going to order me some of those... And by the way I could use some extra blue ones as well...
