Interesting. I thought they were going for something like the Separatist Shuttle where there is a short and long variant but both are the same class,. Thanks, good to know! Nope I was wrong. You should be fine. Compared to a person the Zeta seemed quite long anyways.
-
Upon rewatching Rogue One I noticed that the Zeta-class cargo shuttle used by the Rebels is the shorter more common variant. As they land on Scarif however there are much long variants seen descending to the surface.

Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here
Forresto replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Which ones? The ones on the hat or the belt because they are supposed to be center on the hat i'm fairly certain. -
Well they only just started production of the North America sets correct? They may still have time to get the fix in before they produce the Phantom 2.0.

WULF YULAREN! Finally! Wow there's a lot of meat in this trailer. -Thrawn wearing white and gold emblazoned field armor. -Wulf Yularen running with a squad of stormtrooper officers? -Tie Defenders -That Imperial Fleet with the five Imperial Star Destroyers AND an Interdictor. -Death Troopers! -Geonosis! -Rebels and Saw Gerrera on Geonosis! -Thrawn on Geonosis!

To Do List. I found two in my collection and then I lost one. I also need to buy another Light Blue Grey Fabuland Disc, man those are hard to find.
-
Hahah I saw that as well! Very good points. I mean we are getting two more Force Awakens sets this summer supposedly so I imagine we'll get more Rogue One for sure. Is there precedent for this in Lego? I would absolutely love for them to correct it for the NA release.
-
Is that it for Rogue One then? I would really love to have seen a few more sets and figures, at least to get more Imperials
-
Correct you are. Man I need to stop being a know it all lol

The Death Star box is also inaccurate, there were no B-Wings in service at the Battle of Yavin.

Shadows of Nar Eurbrikka — Introduction and Discussion
Forresto replied to Brickdoctor's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Since Shadows of Nar Eurbrikka is generally in the legends timeline of Star Wars where does Rogue One fit in? Is Dark Forces canon or Rogue One? Not to answer my own question but in this are we to assume both are to a degree? I guess what I should ask, and I apologize for asking such a big and potentially convoluted question, but how does canon work in SoNE with regards to Legends and NuCanon? -
I would agree that adding a few more planets to the current official list would be nice, expand the universe and all. Especially planets with different topographies. So maybe not Jedha since we have Tatooine but the asteroid base with the city is really cool and diverse. Would make for some really great builds. We can build on any world anyways but to make them official would also expand on what worlds episodes could take place on. That's up to the wonderful people in charge however since they are the ones who do the hard work spinning all of the SoNE plates. I'm satisfied with what we have but i'm always up for more.

Say what you will about the first half of Rogue One but the second half is as close to perfection as you can get in a Star Wars movie. It's absolutely perfect from Scariff onwards. Second viewing was even better then the first. I went in expecting to discover I had been wrong the first time, that in fact the movie is awful somehow. Nope, never have I been so wrong. I do think the first half of the film is a tad slow and does drag the film from being an Empire Strikes Back in regards to pacing but that second half... The score that plays when the Death Star arrives and then the Devastator arrives. That smirk Tarkin gives after he says "You may fire when ready." knowing he's finally killing Krennic and wiping out the Rebels in one swipe.

I finally got them today and having finished I can't wipe off the big old smile on my face. I have always wanted an AT-AT in lego but every time lego has one out I seem to miss out on it. The build is brilliantly done, its very fun to build, and looks mighty impressive. I would love to get it into my SoNE story so i'll make it work...somehow I did make some minor tweaks more to better integrate the AT-AT with my AT-ST which is drastically different to TLG's version. I added cylinders at the end of the main guns so that the AT-AT had heavier cannons (thicker barrels) then the chin gun of the AT-ST. The side head guns are a little heavier with a technic pin at the end. I also added a third layer to the curved foot piece to boost the height so that that the AT-ST is below where the top of the legs get thicker. Fun fact because of the Rogue One Visual dictionary the AT-ST's canon height is 9.04 meters tall. That means TLG's model, mine, and i'm assuming Raskolnicov's are technically the correct height in comparison to a figure.

Can anyone who has seen it in 3-D and 2-D tell me if the 3-D version is worth it? I hear the 3-D was a slap on job.

To anyone who owns Thrawn,do you have Lego's gold epaulettes? Could you post a pic of new Thrawn with them on? @Deathstroke77 the closest for rank would be the new Tarkin but obvioudly not a white uniform. Since the ranks are essentially the same, if you dont like the Rebels style torso Print you could always use Krennic's more realistic looking one.

I'm almost finished building, the work has stalled because of two 1x13 technic lift arms that haven't arrived yet, but wow! Wow! Pictures certainly do not do this model justice. I didnt think it was possible but I have gained newfound respect for both your skills as well as the work that went into the Tyrant as well as your other creations. The techniques involved in this... I will say more once I finish the model, hopefully the shipment arrives before Christmas, but I am truly impressed. I don't have the shelf space required so its standing on the ground and my cats keep checking it out. I think they're a little put off that its taller then them. I just want to thank you for this wonderful creation and to legolijntje for the fantastic set of instructions. This has been a tough year personally so this had been a really incredible way to end it! Thank you both so much!

The original cut of a new hope along with the rrst of the original trilogy was released as a limited edition two disc dvd with the the special edition on one disc and the originl on the other. This came out in the US maybe seven years ago but i've seen it around online and at second hand stores reasonably price. Untampered with A New Hope is untouchable. Actually its funny original Han Solo, before Lucas tried to make him nicer, was more cold blooded like Cassian.

Why do we get them three months later though is what I wonder? Im in no rush to buy them, I need to take a break from buying for a few months, but why is there such a gap?
-
No I agree, excessively oversized. She looks like she's wearing Elmer Fudd's hat. Although now watching the movie there is a scene where she is dressed like that but the hat in the film is not oversized

In the same way we are getting a Guavvian Death Gang set this upcoming year I do imagine we will get Saw Garrera's crew in a set. I feel for the designers though, he's not an easy figure to make because of the armor. The hair would probably be Lando's with some grey highlights. I can confirm NO Rogue One 2017 sets spotted in the Chesapeake Bay region as of yet.
-
That looks fantastic!
-
Well this should be interesting. Kallus hates Saw for what happened to his men on Onderon, so if the rebels team up with him... Woah. What if Kallus defects back to the Empire but the Rebels dont know it? That would be a greag twist on a twist.
-
Is the parts list essentially the same?
-
Unless you can't, the struggle is real I know, you should definitely go watch this in theatres!
