    Thanks guys. I'm just really glad I can still stir some excitement with my project. Actually it's by no.means done yet but Progress has become slow, since it also need some bricks for normal mocing. @Jorrith: the IRL town is called Wernigerode and it's becoming quite a favourite for Dutch retirees ;-) @kai: I believe you. The neighborhood that I once lived in just outside Seattle too had some pretty bizarre rules on color! @dg: I have to keep it together because my kids love to play with it. Of course it's hurting the wallet to keep all bricks tied up in the project. But at least I have something to present on Lego shows! And yes, it's Albion. He Iikes to obseve political speeches at the town hall!

    Thanks for the feedback guys! @Tomsche: I managed to fill the gab that was still visible at the BMA! Synbiote wanted the barrel maker, so he got one! @Kai: when you grow up in a city like this: things come kinda natural ... @Brauny: yes, she's about to throw it! That's why the cheese vendor looks so scared ... you can actually find a whole history of the city here.

    no problem, actually there is a whole lot of good stuff being posted by all kinds of members that it has become really hard to keep up with what is going on in this forum. BTW, in case you missed it, there also is a third moc in this current series.

    I'm sorry it took me so long to actually show what I'm really working on, but sometimes it just takes ages to get enough pieces to finish an idea. So without further ado, here's a new addition to Thorshaven:

    In case anyone ever wondered why I never build anything big, the answer is Thorshaven! And for those of you who already know my city, here are some new additions: Market day in Thorshaven: In the center of Thorshaven, right at the city hall, you can find the town's market square. It's a place of commerce: and of customers obsessed with quality: It also the place to speak up and have the people hear your message: and last but not least, behind the scenes there also is a lot of hard work, like in this case the barrel maker: All in all, just the right place to be on market day: and in case you were wondering what Thorshaven actually looks like as a whole these days, here's a pic of the latest configuration:

    Some very nice window ideas and a great little house in general. Seems like the two uf us are obsessively into half timbered houses! (I guess I really have to take some pics of the progress I'm making on my city) Anyway, there is one little change I'd suggest and that would be to add a horizontal beam on the gable you can see in the second pic.

    Thanks mates, glad you guys like my little series and I definetely a few more ideas up the sleeves! @sk: I'm really getting into mountainous mocs these days, a building a bridge across a gorge is something I've wanted to do for a while now. @mr+gid: you guys are absolutely right about the brown. Things is, I'm out of dark brown and dark tan.

    This is an excellent castle. I really like how you are improving at such a tremendous rate. And yes, I too think this would have fit in the GoH world, probably in Northern Kaliphlin. You know, we all build in the other territories when we feel like it. You could adjust the story a little and I could move this into the GoH forum if you want me to!

    Hahaha, I've just peed myself, this is just way too funny ... Really love your humor but the minifigs and the dwarven buildnings are awesome too. Good to see how Mitgardia is getting better and better!

    Nikon D 5100 is what I'm using, pretty cool piece once you figure out what to do with it!
