  1. Then I encourage you to take some time and browse the models in this forum more often than once in a few months, you might be surprised how many great scale modeling MOCs you might find that look good on the outside, while having a great deal on mechanisms inside, and also, they move.
  2. Awesome little model. Always nice to see an oval real life model being faithfully recreated with parts.
  3. Sure, please do. Location of the Jeep atm does not change the fact it is a great model.
  4. Once again, the merging cannot be done sooner than it was scheduled. The SMF forum has been fully functional, for the last four years, and still is. We can all wait a few more weeks. It was "we" (members and staff) who decided, in the discussion topic. Please read the discussion again. The rules are not obsolete, until the forums are merged. I would also appreciate if you could try not to say that you think it is "stupid" for the staff to do something, from your first post in this topic. You ofc, don't have to agree with every decision, but I am sure you agree you can find a better word than "stupid". You complain about the rules being enforced rarely, yet when the very same EB rules and guidelines are applied to you and your model, you feel you are being scolded. Regarding the decision to move the Jeep to SMF, besides the forum rules you quoted, I have also taken into account that you yourself had posted this very Jeep into the "LEGO Scale Modelers Association" (RLUG for dedicated LEGO® scale modelers). Yet, when we moved the same Jeep to SMF, you said it doesn't belong in SMF, and that you were scolded because it had too many bricks. It fits in the Scale Modeler Group, but not in the Scale Modeling forum? Okay, let's leave now Pawel's announcement at peace and drama free, and continue discussion of the two main points in the appropriate topics: 1. "Any criticism is bad" discussion topic: https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/181403-decreasing-number-of-mocs/ 2. "SMF merging with the Technic forum" discussion topic: https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/185434-scale-modeling-forum-future/
  5. We made a discussion topic about merging the SMF with the Technic forum, and there it was agreed they will be merged. Until that happens (it is scheduled some time after the contest), the rules of both forums still apply.
  6. As proposed, discussed and agreed in the quoted topic, yes, we are. It has been scheduled to be merged some time after the contest. Until then, both forums are functional and people post their scale modeling mocs here and technic mocs in the Technic forum.
  7. Seriously, Pawel? Forcibly created a topic for a scale modeling MOC in the Technic subforum, AGAIN? (even though you have been asked to post scale modeling MOCs here). Jokes aside, last time when we had the same situation for your other scale modeling MOC, I quoted the rules from this forum for you, explained why it had to go here, and yet, you post the "Jeep" Willys in the Technic subforum, again. Why do we have to go through this, again?
  8. Sent a PM to the user. When we resolve few issues, we will open the topic. EDIT: User very underaged. This entry is not valid.
  9. Hi and welcome to EB and to this competition. No worries, you still have enough time to read the rules and to ask if you have any doubts. Posting such a large number of photos can indeed clog the page and make it hard to use, and most of the times, there is really no need for 40 images in one post So, one thing you need to do, is to reduce the size of the images in the ENTRY topic (where you posted the final 4 images). Max allowed size is 1024x1024. We can sometimes turn a blind eye for larges size when posted in the forum, but for the entry topic, we all need to be strict and precise, due to very large number of photos from all the entries. Have fun!
  10. Not really an impressive image, but nevertheless: 3 axle, 1:13 crane. 12 small pneumatic cylinders and 6 springs. When height adjusted to max, via pump, the cylinders perform like shocks, in combination with the 6 real shock absorbers. It worked really well, even for the 10kg+ model.
  11. Hi, Please make sure to resize your images in the entry topic. Max allowed size is 1024x1024.
  12. @moditor, welcome to EB. When you make 10 posts, you can send a PM (Private message). Posting your email on a public forum can attract spam bots and such.
  13. Here it is! Started as a rumor of a 6x6 Trial truck, but it came as the rugged, new parts galore, capable climber - 42129 - 4X4 MERCEDES-BENZ ZETROS TRIAL TRUCK! Written and photographed by our Technic Administrator Jim! Click on the link or on the image to read the review and do enjoy the high-quality photos!
  14. Our Technic Administrator and the master of LEGO photography Jim has created yet another breathtaking review. This time is it the function packed, beautifully sculptured 42128 - HEAVY DUTY TOW TRUCK. Click on the link or on the image to read the review and do enjoy the high-quality photos!
  15. Not the same Milan Reindl a.k.a. Grohl is a master of building. Milan a.k.a. Milan the mod is a master of annoying new members with the rules regarding their posting, bumping, grammar etc... TLG employees do visit the forum, too.
  16. @zumaidi We talked about this, and it has been suggested to you that you use a single topic for similar models. Like for your "simple mechanisms" models. So, please try to stick to what we agreed. I have merged your stick men to a single topic.
  17. I will move your post and the comments belonging to your post to the "Show us your working space" thread. EDIT: Done I have also slightly modified the names of these two topics, so new members can decide where to post their photos: sets and models (collections) in one topic, and Lego rooms here in this topic.
  18. Ah yes, one of the best topics on EB, just got better Great work! On a side note, we do have a very similar topic, Show us your Working Place, primary for, well, showing your Lego rooms/working places. Hard to choose which topic to use when you show both your Lego room and your sets/models collection
