well that might be true from a pratical point of view but if you took the box for the imperial flagship along with the box from the carribean clipper to a historian and asked him what he thought, i'm sure he would say the bluecoats were probably supposed to be french. That or (Who the hell are you! Get out of my office imediately!) i suppose it would depend on his mood. (forgot to mention this before but minus the cannon and crown the bluecoats flag looks like quebecs flag, which is why i thought the bluecoats were french in the first place.)

if you take a look at the flags. The blue flag has four fluerdelise which are symbols associated with france and french colonies, as is the white cross. Where the red striped flag of the red coats has a british royal crown. I beleive this provides us with enough proof that the red coats and blue coats were intended to be british and french respectively.

the thing about the black and grey hull i found is that its hard to make pirate or imperial ships out of. However it is very appropriate in set 6493, flying time vessel, as it looks somewhat metalic. I imagine its a good hull for air ships though, Thats why i bought mine.

are you serious? There isnt any music. The narrator sounds like he should be lecturing me on physics in a book tape by steven hawking not doing lego commercials. The destroyer disks look like tie die fruit loops and the only thing they can destroy is the quality of the sets.

did you consider m,aking a number three with a black cavalry cap, that might look good aswell. Or perhaps an aviation helmet without the goggles part?

thats an excellent pic review ultraprime however i still dont like the set. It seems all the latest reviews are warning me about sets rather than influencing me to mgo out and buy them. TO tell you the truth i wouldnt even buy this set if it was free *exageration*. However it looks like it uses some pretty cool concepts like the mini monorail system and the repair bay, my only beef again is with juniorization and bley, blah! :-X

flagship, the cave like cabin in the clipper looks rather lame in my opinion and the flagship not only has nicer sails its alot more detailed. I wouldnt even consider buying the clipper rather than the flagship.

well i recently bought a massive collection of picked parts from bricklink from toy brick brigade. The boxes smelt horrible like mold as did the lego. Some pieces also had chocalate smudged on them so i had to clean every single piece with a tooth brush and dishsoap in a caulander. While doing so i discovered some very discoulored parts like a 1x6 blue arch piece which was the most discoulred piece in the lot. Some pieces still were chewed and chipped. But i mean what can you expect? ALso im going to complain about a few and hopefully get replacements.

thats one sneaky staircase! very clever design. Does the port side have windows for the cabin? I imagine without it would get pretty dark in there. ANd those sails are quite different from the kind we usually see why did you choose that splotchy design and how did you do it might i ask? Overall this ship is fantastic great work!

i fixed the links and my avvy is the first fig anyway(i think he looks pretty cool and catches up on all the missed themes ie: the kk2 visor, the adventurers sextant and the ninja sword.) Anyway I like the mech and helicopter ideas but i have to make something big enough to fit a crew of 6 that includes two ghosts, two skels, prof millenium and his henchman. so those would be too small but i could probably pull off a mech if i made it the size of the big spyrius mech. The idea of a tank also just came to me. Another option might be to make something weird like the flying bathtub aka the whirling time warper. It obviously isnt based on an existing vessel, its just nonsense. But what about my plight in regards to a mechanism, any idea there?

i'm planning on making a time twisters moc in the style of the original designers, with moving parts and all. However i cant think of anything left to build for this theme. I mean TLG has already made a ship, a plane, a lab, a train and a racecar, aswell as a strange flying bathtub and a go-kart. Whats left? And i have the same question about mechanisms, they have things that spin in every direction and things that bob up and down, how can i guy like me with no engineering backround invent something new? i love the wild west one. Also i seem to remember one about johnny thunders adventures in egypt anybody got this one? Also i think there was a rock raiders comercial too. I do remember the kk1 commercial though with the real knights fighting eachother then it would cut to footage of the castle and cedrics siege engines demolishing it, i used to love that one.
